It was a great experience at Tasca! My associate Carissa was fantastic. I bought a new car and the whole process was very smooth and peasant. I didnt feel pressured or uneasy about anything. I was also assisted by Maliaka who was also awesome. Both associates were polite and personable. I will be doing business with them again.

Carissa could not have been more professional. From my first minutes there, and even ahead of time when I phoned for directions, I knew I was being helped by the best. (Of course, it didn’t hurt that she came very highly recommended by the senior sales executive at Tasca HQ in Cranston who’d been helping me.) Carissa’s expertise, candor and listening skills inspired confidence at every stage, whether we were comparing models, features and pricing strategies or out on the road for a test drive. Ultimately, though I wound up staying with the car brand I’d leased originally — they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse — I’d go back to Carissa in a flash if for any reason my chosen vehicle doesn’t work out as expected. In short, Carissa promptly obtained any particulars I asked for, including measuring all over in two models’ cargo areas. By the end I knew she’d truly given me all the data and insights I could ever need to choose the right Kia for me. Best of all, I never caught one tremor of pressure or self-dealing from her. She’s the real deal!

Carissa was amazing from the start! she was so helpful with answering the hundreds of questions both my fiancé and I had about leasing a car! since it was our first time leasing, we had no idea how it worked. after spending the day with her, she got me into my dream car! after working with her, i’ll never go see anyone else!

I was looking to get the car I've wanted for such a long time the day before my birthday. I was beyond lucky enough to be paired with Marcy who was such a delight. She was very understanding with the situation I brought to her and a great conversationalist. Malaica was also great, she got me the best deal possible with the bank and was steps ahead of the process when it was time to sign my papers. I really wanted to get my car that day so they kept the store open for me a little after closing which is so accommodating. Can't say enough about my experience there and the overall vibe of the dealership itself. Would more then recommend going here !
