Buying a used car, especially an expensive one, from a dealer that is two states away can be unnerving. But, after talking with the salesman over the phone at length, and having a detailed inspection of the car made, I did. The company was Auto Group of Louisville and the salesman was Michael Ross. My experience was so positive and friendly that I would like to share it with you. When I got the car it was extraordinary, aside from a couple of minor niches which any 40k car would have, it was truly like new. Amazingly even the leather seats were like new, showing no wear. The prior owner must have been a real purist. I tested all of the car’s many functions and they all worked exactly as they should. The interior, the engine, the trunk, were all in like new condition. I have had the car for almost three weeks now and no issues have arisen, none. Exceptional. But in buying a car it is not just the car itself that is important, it is also who you are working with. That description, EXCEPTIONAL, also describes my experience in working with Michael and the others at AGL. Michael was, and remains, a very pleasant person to work with. He was knowledgeable about the car and about the paperwork that needed to be done and was instrumental in finding financing at a rate that was as good as my own credit union, which I have always considered the ‘gold standard’ of auto rates. My highest regards and recommendation go to Michael Ross and AGL.

Jeramie was polite and responsive. Very easy to work with especially since I was an out of state buyer. He was quick to negotiate and we worked out a term that worked for everyone 💪! Jeramie was extremely accommodating and so helpful in the process of getting our new car from KY across state lines and delivered to our door. Our last experience purchasing a car was horrible and took 8+ hours at the dealership. Jeramie helped us get the car we were looking for in our price range and arranged everything perfectly.
