Called 3 days in a row and never got a call back. With the low inventory, they probably sold the car I wanted to another customer and didn’t know what to do or say. Irresponsible customer service

Bad sales tactics

No parking anywhere. Wanted to get a trail blazer for my son and the salesman actually asked my if I really wanted to do that. He was very rude about it. Then disappeared to help another customer.

I took my Equinox in for scheduled service. I was quickly greeted by the valet who took my car and sent me inside to a service advisor. Dinah was friendly and quickly got the paperwork done. It was the easiest service visit.

This dealership has the worst service department!!! They...

This dealership has the worst service department!!! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a silerado trail boss in December 2020. The lifters in the engine broke in may 2021. With 4K miles. The service department was nasty. Extremely rude! Heidi is very unprofessional!! The worst! Buy a vehicle ANYWHERE other then Millennium Chevy!!

Steve Siegel is the MVP of the season. And Jim from finance is the Cy young winner. Phenomenal service, down to earth fellas. This place was a truly a gem.
