Write a reviewI went to Millenium after a series of horrid experiences
I went to Millenium after a series of horrid experiences with Empire Chevrolet. I was told they were willing to trade-up my 2033 leases on a newer model and would relieve me of the remaining 5 payments as part of the process. I arrived and was paired with Tommy, who seemed nice enough. They played the pricing games that all dealerships play and we eventually agreed upon an amount that was a little higher than I wanted to pay but I was exhausted from being there for almost 2 hours at this point and I just wanted to leave. We had to wait almost 90 minutes to speak with the finance guy so we just say and waited and waited. We finally met with him and he did everything in an iPad so it was a lot of “sign here and here” and no actual review of the costs. Once that was completed, we were sent to the service lounge and told to help ourselves to coffee and the vending machines (which had nothing of substance in them). At this point it is 1pm and we had been there almost 4 hours and had no breakfast and no lunch. Finally at 1:40, at the 4-hour 20-minute mark, we obtained the keys to the new vehicle and were able to leave and get something to eat. 2 days later, I got a call from my insurance company that the dealership still had not forwarded the window sticker and vehicle information needed for the rider. Upon calling the dealership and speaking with the finance guy, on a recorded line, they were met with anger and a tirade of swear words and he hung up on them. They saved the call for their files and notified me to contact the dealership to obtain the information.i called and spoke with the Sales Manager I met briefly on Saturday, Shaik Mohammad, who did a quick apology and more of less blew me off on the phone. I also reached out, via email, to Tommy because I incurred another payment from GM Financial because the dealership had not followed through and ended my former lease. Tommy told me it was my responsibility to call GM Financial and tell them where the former Trax was and not the dealership. He also said “your remaining payments were wrapped into your new lease” which caught me off guard because that was NOT the offer made to me when I first contacted the dealership. I later confirmed with the new finance company that my lease was based on a $27,000+ purchase price and NOT the $24,000+ window sticker because the former lease was added on and not taken over by the dealership. I was told that being a “loyal customer” of Chevrolet was why they were “giving me a deal” but I learned after the fact that I was not given a deal and was, in turn, screwed over. Millenium has a terrible way of doing business, took a ridiculous amount of time to get me into a newer lease, and knew I was concerned about the high price of the monthly payment when in reality the price is because they added onto it without telling me. This will most likely be my last interaction with a Chevrolet dealer because it is clear that the dealerships (at least on Long Island) insist on treating customers horribly. I will not recommend Millenium to anyone and am glad there is no identifying dealership information on my vehicle.

Failure at Millennium Chevrolet We purchased a vehicle
Failure at Millennium Chevrolet We purchased a vehicle about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, we were in a terrible accident, and the car was totaled. We have since satisfied the loan and have been reaching out to get a refund on our extended warranty that we were forced into purchasing for over six months without a phone call back. We’ve taken all the appropriate steps needed but have continued being ignored by their finance office. This whole experience has been terrible from the beginning since we were pressured into receiving a loan that we did not really want, but because of our extenuating circumstances, we ended up accepting the loan and paying more than we wanted to. Now that the loan has been satisfied, they can’t even update their records with this information and continue to call us to sell us a new car or refinance, but when we address that we request our refund back for the extended warranty, we continue to be ignored. We will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, and we really hope to deter anyone from shopping at this facility since they are insensitive, rude, and pushy and still have not contacted us back after repeated phone calls and emails.

2023 Traverse Lease
My husband and I worked with Pam in sales and Marlon in finance. Great overall experience. Car showed up a little earlier than promised, too! Delivery experience was seamless and blessedly brief. Marlon in finance was great explaining what we were signing. Absolutely painless process! Pam was helpful in getting acquainted with the vehicle and apps. Highly recommend!

Best Dealer on LI
Professional and personable staff. Great experience from first contact by Meaghean (Internet Sales coordinator) to working out the terms with John Duenskie (Product specialist) Drove home with my new Trailblazer same day. This was my 3rd dealership, and the only one who understood what I was looking for and made it happen.

Positive experience from start to finish!
We met with Michael Sandoval when we went to Millennium Chevy to look into a new Chevy Traverse. He was really great to work with, truly professional and knowledgeable. Michael really took the extra time time to explain all our options (we weren’t sure if we wanted to lease, buy new or buy used) and answer all our questions. He made sure we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He really made it such a positive experience from start to finish.

On the tenth of February check car and found oil pan leaks, chipped windshield, damaged heat console unit(fire hazard) dash board warning of faulty comfort access, faulty tow hitch harness windshield washer fluid leaking from roof inside car(fire hazard) call salesman who put me on to sales manager who then told me to call service manager, who was busy ,but person on phone ask problems then said person spoke to service manager who said take car to Bmw because he couldn't fix problem. I then went over to dealership where everyone was askingif I had warranty. Do | need to have warranty for one day after issues. Or is problem should be fixed under lemon law

We acknowledge your review and are currently looking into the events you’ve detailed.
Beware, read their fine print.
This dealership lists vehicles lower then their selling price so that it shows up in more searches. Then they put in the notes that the list price is actually $1,999 higher. When you factor in their hidden costs, they aren't as competitive as they appear. So make sure you read the fine print or the "notes" from this dealership. Also, any credit union or local bank can easily beat their interest rates.
