Failure at Millennium Chevrolet We purchased a vehicle

Failure at Millennium Chevrolet We purchased a vehicle about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, we were in a terrible accident, and the car was totaled. We have since satisfied the loan and have been reaching out to get a refund on our extended warranty that we were forced into purchasing for over six months without a phone call back. We’ve taken all the appropriate steps needed but have continued being ignored by their finance office. This whole experience has been terrible from the beginning since we were pressured into receiving a loan that we did not really want, but because of our extenuating circumstances, we ended up accepting the loan and paying more than we wanted to. Now that the loan has been satisfied, they can’t even update their records with this information and continue to call us to sell us a new car or refinance, but when we address that we request our refund back for the extended warranty, we continue to be ignored. We will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, and we really hope to deter anyone from shopping at this facility since they are insensitive, rude, and pushy and still have not contacted us back after repeated phone calls and emails.

The WORST dealership ever Save your self time money and

The WORST dealership ever Save your self time money and stress They stole my money!!!! They said mybreak light was covered under warranty gave me a receipt with a zero on it and ordered the part. When tje part came in I made an appointment and they fixed it. When I went to checkout they said it would be 729.00$!!!! and that the person who told me it was zeronwas not correct and since he was no longer there I was stuck!!!! Have you ever? I don't have 729$ and I never would have let them touch the car if that was the price quote. And no one there cares they are horrible

Megan Schneider was so unprofessional.

Megan Schneider was so unprofessional. Danny s was Helpful but our experience with Megan ruined it. Sounded like she was on drugs and had horrible tone with me.

2023 Traverse Lease

My husband and I worked with Pam in sales and Marlon in finance. Great overall experience. Car showed up a little earlier than promised, too! Delivery experience was seamless and blessedly brief. Marlon in finance was great explaining what we were signing. Absolutely painless process! Pam was helpful in getting acquainted with the vehicle and apps. Highly recommend!

Best Dealer on LI

Professional and personable staff. Great experience from first contact by Meaghean (Internet Sales coordinator) to working out the terms with John Duenskie (Product specialist) Drove home with my new Trailblazer same day. This was my 3rd dealership, and the only one who understood what I was looking for and made it happen.

Positive experience from start to finish!

We met with Michael Sandoval when we went to Millennium Chevy to look into a new Chevy Traverse. He was really great to work with, truly professional and knowledgeable. Michael really took the extra time time to explain all our options (we weren’t sure if we wanted to lease, buy new or buy used) and answer all our questions. He made sure we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He really made it such a positive experience from start to finish.

Unsatisfied customer

Bought a used 2018 Bmw ×5. 35k mls on the 9th of February. On the tenth of February check car and found oil pan leaks, chipped windshield, damaged heat console unit(fire hazard) dash board warning of faulty comfort access, faulty tow hitch harness windshield washer fluid leaking from roof inside car(fire hazard) call salesman who put me on to sales manager who then told me to call service manager, who was busy ,but person on phone ask problems then said person spoke to service manager who said take car to Bmw because he couldn't fix problem. I then went over to dealership where everyone was askingif I had warranty. Do | need to have warranty for one day after issues. Or is problem should be fixed under lemon law

Beware, read their fine print.

This dealership lists vehicles lower then their selling price so that it shows up in more searches. Then they put in the notes that the list price is actually $1,999 higher. When you factor in their hidden costs, they aren't as competitive as they appear. So make sure you read the fine print or the "notes" from this dealership. Also, any credit union or local bank can easily beat their interest rates.

Poor customer service

I actually had a horrific experience at Millenium Chevrolet. I've been to countless auto dealership in the past 25 years and never received such poor customer service. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was totally ignored by everyone on the floor, no one greeted me nor asked me if I needed help although I clearly looked lost and didn't know who to speak to. After I approached someone at a desk, they assigned me a salesman. Jeremy never offered me a seat as it is customary when purchasing a vehicle. I was left standing for almost 30 minutes while Jeremy searched for my car. In the meantime, I witnessed many new customers walk into the dealership who were greeted upon entering and offered to sit at a desk with a salesperson while they searched for their car. It was clear my business wasn't needed at Millenium although I came with the intention to purchase a car on that day. After feeling humiliated, I left the dealership to go to another dealership to purchase my Chevy Traverse.
