ew Hilal and Taha were very helpful in getting me into the perfect car. They gave great information on the car and its features. It is gorgeous and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend Genesis of Atlanta and Hilal and Taha.

After getting the runaround at another dealer, I filled out in an inquiry on the genesis of Atlanta website. Within minutes, Macloskie Bokwe texted me. I described what I was looking for and told him my budget. He explained my options and the features that were available and even gave me an option to send photos of my trade-in and handle the application online. I told him what I didn’t want to do was spend hours and hours at a dealership only to leave unhappy and empty-handed. I ended up calling him the next day and asking to stop by. He not only made himself available for me, but he made sure that he had the car I preferred ready to drive and someone available to evaluate my trade-in. I was in and out in just a couple of hours including financing and setting my preferences up in the car. Both Bokwe and his finance manager, Sam Patel, were extremely kind, helpful, and transparent throughout the whole process. I will never buy from another dealer.

Lawrence Purdy is a delightful sales professional to work with. He spent time with both me alone, then with me and my wife, patiently explaining all of the strengths and features of the Genesis brand and specific cars we were looking at. He was knowledgable and worked hard to get the best price for us and to earn our business. Unfortunately, we decided to purchase a different brand, but we still appreciated his professionalism, including when I called him to let him know we weren’t going to be buying from him. Best car buying experience we’ve had! We worked with Lou Hammersmith, and not only was he able to get us the best deal in the area, he was very responsive through the entire process, and he even stayed late long after his shift was over to make sure we were taken care of. We worked with Sam Patel for financing, and he was also very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice and well maintained, which was a plus.

I had an outstanding experience buying my new GV70...if you have a chance to work with Shannon Smith you will find him low key and not pushy, but works very hard and diligently to get you into the Genesis of your choice...excellent dealership!
