Salesperson Halil at Genesis of Atlanta was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, very friendly and not pushy to buy. Finance representative Jeremy was extremely helpful and did not make me uncomfortable when discussing financing options. Like most people, buying cars is one of my least favorite things to do but these 2 guys made this experience as pleasant as I could expect. I took time out of my day to write this review because the experience I had with both Halil and Jeremy was worthy of a 5 star review.

Great and knowledgeable salesperson who was both informative and patient with helping explain all the new technology to a less technology savvy older person. Easy to work through the sales process and in lovely showroom.

Hilal Eljaam was my sales consultant. He was knowledgeable, very easy to converse with, and NO pressure to buy or lease. He presented the facts in an easy understandable way and I happily walked out with a new lease of a GV70!

We bought our GV80 with the help of Lou (sales) and Jeremy (finance), Both were extremely helpful, thorough, and patient. The experience at Jim Ellis Genesis was so much more pleasant than our previous experiences with other dealerships. The dealership itself is very nice and clean and overall very beautiful. I would definitely ask for Lou if you ever go for sales and Jeremy in finance.

great sales person. David Kim was able to ask and answer questions that i didn't know that i had . it was an easy process. got my G80 yesterday and still learning all the new bells and whistles. The car drives and rides great.

Buying a new car can be very frustrating, but Mr. Steven Bae made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. We decided on the GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige. We were from out of town, so when I told Steven the color car and interior we wanted, he sent us pictures of the car’s exterior and interior without being asked. We had elected to buy a from a different dealer as I thought they offered a better price. However, Stephen reached out to me the morning I was going to sign the deal and cleared up a pricing misunderstanding. He worked with the sales manager and made us an offer no other dealership could match. All of our transaction were via email and text, but were professional and to the point. When we arrived, the car looked immaculate on the showroom and my wife was highly pleased. The dealership looked like a luxury dealership and Stephen gave us a first class buying experience. Stephen was very kind and patient in showing us the features of the car and completing all of the paperwork. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and I give all of the credit to Steven.
