Genesis of Atlanta

My experience at Genesis was excellent. Our sales person, Mr. Shannon Smith was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgably about the vehicle. He was not pushy or overpowering. He followed my lead as the customer and never overstepped the boundaries of good manners and respect. I would highly recommend friends and family to him to purchase a vehicle. In addition, Mr. Patel, I hope I spelled his name correctly. Was also very informed and patient as he explained the financial aspect of the deal. He was polite and respectful as well. I note those qualities in both gentlemen because the week before I was at another dealership, in fact one of your competitors I am sure. I will not mention the name of the dealership because although they were rude to me and my family I do not wish to defame their character in hopes that they will amend their ways. Nevertheless, all that to say, they had the vehicle that I wanted and might have bought had they been more courteous..

Hilal has done a great job presenting and selling us a car. We ultimately selected a rare color which they did not have in stock in Atlanta and he personally drove the car in that color from Macon on Saturday morning to deliver it us on time. Nice!
