DON’T TRUST THEM - Found a vehicle online. I’m in AZ and flew up to get it. Found that they had burned the clear coat with their buffing (needs to be repainted) and they said it was all checked out ahead of time. Come to find out, the GPS and Nav didn’t work, the wireless charger for the phone didn’t work, nor did the rear entertainment screen. Things that should have been fixed BEFORE my arrival. They weren’t willing to negotiate at first and then decided to take $1000 off the vehicle but it needs $2000 in paint and who knows about the other issues. After I express my disappointment and how they wasted my money on a flight and my time, my salesman Tom, proceeds to tell me how much of his time has been wasted...ummm what? That’s your day job, not mine. He tried to pass off the burnt clear coat haze, “It will come out later, and you can’t see it in the sun.” Needless to say they were not truthful, they were not fair, and I wasted a ton of time. Don’t bother with this dealership. Buyer beware!

Got our truck back with a lot of poor excuses it
Check my truck to get fixed after an accident insurance paid over $8000 still got it back like crab will be taking it elsewhere and take him to court for the bill they stated they can no longer do anything more to my Truck.

Fantastic service
The service was top-notch. I had a broken mirror and worked with Greg Mudd, who found me a great deal on a mirror, painted it, and installed it, saving me about $350. He was incredibly kind and responsive. It was a great repair experience when I had been anticipating a stressful one.

Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car. They took the time to listen to my problem and correct it. they were very patient listing to my issue and truly worked hard to make sure it was corrected the first time. they did a great job and i sincerely appreciated their effort.

Successful Vehicle Purchase
Both Mike and Steve were helpful and informative throughout the process. I'd be shocked to find anyone who actually loves the process of buying a vehicle (through a dealer or privately) and is 100% satisfied. It's a business and both sides are trying to get the best deal but I think these guys do a pretty good job in working with you to make the best decision, and either it works or it doesn't. Fortunately for us both, it worked, so thank you!

Steve Cantrell, Assistant Sales Manager
Steve Cantrell took very good care of us. Our car broke down in Colorado Springs and we rented a car to get to Denver. Our car, a Chevy Tahoe with over 293,000 miles required a tow. We got a rental car to get to Denver for some appointments. We had no plans to get a new car. I went to Short Line as we had previously looked at Enclave's on the internet because of the mileage on our vehicle. I went to Short Line and Steve explained the difference between the Traverse, the Acadia and the Enclave. I did a test drive and really like the Enclave. I went to meet my wife with the rental car and then came back to look at Enclave's. Steve explained the difference in the models and then allowed us to go out and look at the various models and colors. Again we were not prepared to purchase a car but he worked with us to get our insurance cards, even though our vehicle was in Colorado Springs and assisted us in applying for financing. My wife's dad was a GM employee but we had no authorization code as we had not anticipated buying a new car. He worked with us to get all of the paperwork completed to buy the car and obtain the financing and explained we could get the authorization code later. He was very patient and understanding and did not pressure us at all to purchase a vehicle. I would highly recommend him to deal with any of our friends. without him we would likely not have a new car that we love.
