We purchased a *Certified* car that broke down in less than a month. It took them several months to fix it and got it back only for something else to break. This means they sold a car they knew was damaged to scam the warranty company. This place is why used car dealerships get a bad name. They are predatory and unethical. BUY A CAR FROM LITERALLY ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP ON EARTH BEFORE SPENDING MONEY HERE!!!

I will say I prefaced before I got there that I wouldn’t be making a deal that day. I was given a lower number for my trade than expected and I even mentioned meeting in the middle where they still fell short. The vehicle was new by definition of never titled but had nearly 1000 miles on it as well which was a bit of a shock upon my arrival. I was told after they continued to text me once I left. That they won’t negotiate unless I’m there as it has factors like taxes and and a commitment and credit app from me to ok those things which is completely backwards. Why would I commit to a credit app if they aren’t in line with the numbers? Who really is the GM? Lisa Sutton says she is, but their website says she is the GSM… which is not the same. If you want an old school dealership with their rough approach with new school we don’t budge on price model, these guys are for you. These guys and gals wanna have their cake and eat it too.

AVOID! Don’t go here for car services! Take your car elsewhere! BEWARE - Poor Appointment System, Poor customer service, Nickel & Dime operations, Poor Communication. I’ve taken my 2018 Buick here 4x - twice for oil changes, once for ski rack installation and once for repairs (only because it’s close to home, thinking maybe it was the situation/a fluke/bad day, NOPE 👎!) 2 ⭐️ cause they fixed repairs satisfactory, installed ski rack correctly, completed oil changes. 1st & 2nd - Poor Appointment system, Poor Customer Service - they allow over 10 people to book the same time for an oil change, with no notice, and only tell you when you arrive that your wait is over an hour because of this; when you arrive you stand there and no one even greets you and asks you to wait a minute if they’re busy, they just leave you standing there - rude. 3rd - Nickel & Diming; Poor Communication - they charge a “software update” fee when getting an oil change WITHOUT ASKING (shows up on the bill) - the other dealer said that’s not necessary and they’re nickel & diming. 4th - Nickel & Diming - They have a service charge for paying with a credit card and not using CASH, and don’t accept GM points with discounts and only tell you this upon arrival. 5th - Poor Communication - They don’t inform of your warranty, they miscommunicate appointments, offer no loaner for warranty repairs - they allowed me to book an appointment to check/fix an oil leak only to tell me upon arrival that they usually don’t schedule “checks” at that hour but they would do it. When I called several hours later the service clerk on the phone first thought I brought it in for a separate service then said the mechanic wasn’t in that day - wasted my whole day! - when I picked it up I was talked to condescendingly, the associate said, “I’m pretty sure I told you” we would need to keep it several days, with no mention of offering a loaner vehicle. I called GMC Autonation in Park Meadows for a 2nd opinion and was treated WAAY better! Was told I have a warranty and they would give me a loaner and was updated at every step. Save your time and your $ drive a little further away and get treated better! Smh!

Absolute joke of a service department. No expectations set with time, doesn't matter if you have an appointment. They will keep your car for days before doing anything, with no communication or apologies or offer of a loaner. When you voice your concerns about their horrible customer service their response is to come get your car then... all of this over an inspection/diagnostic. Will never get any work done here, I can't imagine how horrible that experience would be

Just got my finance paperwork. I like how they duped me into into add ons with a classic bait and switch and hit me with a maintenance plan and extended warranty. I called to discuss and was hung up on after they told me I could cancel it but still pay for it. STAY AWAY from Markiest and Victor if you decide to buy a car from them, but you'd be better off finding a different dealership altogether.

This is the second time I had to bring my vehicle with in a month!!! First time they had it for over a week!!!I was supposed to go pick it up to take it somewhere else when they called and said my vehicle was fixed. I picked it up and not even a month later I brought it back for the same message 160 miles to max speed reduced to 65. Welp this will be the LAST time I bring in my vehicle to this rat thieving "business" they're in the business of price gouging! The second time the charged 5 hours, to "fix a fuel injector connector!! They're full of it!! STAY away!!!! Avoid the hassle and the pocket grab for your wallet.

I bought a 2016 GMC Acadia for full blue book price. 3 months later and the transmission blew, $4000 repair. They ripped me off good. A fair transaction would have been to sell it to me cheaper because of the bad transmission. Humanity is dead and so is my "new" SUV
