Took my 2019 f350 in for check engine light.
Took my 2019 f350 in for check engine light. Service charged me 560 for diagnostics. Said the dpf filter was bad and cost to replace was over 11k. Took my truck to a local shop and they said it was the sensor that was bad. Replaced sensor for 530. Went back to dealership to find out why they charged me for a wrong diagnosis and get refund. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund after being told they would. Do not let the dealership work on anything. They mis diagnose and try to charge for things that aren't broken.

We're on our way home to Minnesota from Texas and our F150 started making noise. We found this place online and called. They fit us in at closing, took time to do a thorough check and got us back on the road quickly. Friendly staff at an excellent establishment. Definitely recommend this business!!

I purchased A 2012 BMW from Seth Wadley of Perry, And the sales man GUY is a Liar and The owner lied about my back window shades and I didn't even get a Oil change they lied about this.. The BMW 30- 60 days later my Cv joints went out.. A valuable lesson learned. I WISH I had just went to BMW dealership instead I will never buy a vehicle from Seth Wadley of Perry again in my life. The owner is full of xxxx.. The salesman Guy is a Liar '. I had the worst experience i ever had.. today I have to fix the valve cover etc. I Would not recommend any to purchase a vehicle from Seth Wadley of Perry. The drive is not worth it.

I have for 3 days been trying to buy a vehicle over the phone with approved credit. However, Mandy at Seth Wadley in Perry just informed me I could come in or go somewhere else. Needless to say I won’t buy a vehicle from them now but beware they are trying to sale all their hail damaged vehicles and that’s all she cared to show me or talk about. I repeatedly said I don’t want to come in and sit there, I have to work, my husband also has to work. Conversation said find a day to come in and when I said either accommodate me or lose my business she chose to lose the sale. Horrible experience

I just bought my second car from Seth Wadleys Ford of Perry. Bryan is a new salesman but did an awesome job explaining things to me. Everything was explained to me in detail but weren't high pressure. Everyone is friendly and the lifetime oil changes and engine for life is an awesome plus to buying there. If I had a service question on my first vehicle, I called the service department and received prompt help, whether it was needing to be serviced or if it was something that was operator error.🤣 I have now bought two cars at Seth Wadleys and plan if I buy another car, it will be from Seth Wadley Ford of Perry! I highly recommend them!♥️♥️♥️

Hmm, I wonder...
Don't be surprised if you need repairs shortly after one of their free oil changes. Honest dealers are like unicorns and leprechauns and big foot. Maybe it's all just a tough coincidence for me. But it's pretty easy to see how they created a failure during an oil change. I had an alternator failure. The repairman I used said the alternator was drenched in motor oil. Hmm... no oil on the ground but leaking so bad the alternator got soaked???

As long as your ok paying 20 to 30k over MSRP they are great. This dealer is why Ford is pulling away from dealers. I would do all you can to stay away. Just way over priced
