Above And Beyond
Was pulling a trailer purchased in OK home to KS when I had major engine problems, as in not going to make it home. Limped into the dealership around 11:30 on a Saturday afternoon. After trying to find other means to get home and with no luck, and explaining my situation to Jared and setting up the service work to be done, he got one of his salesman to drive me home from Perry to Junction City, KS which is about a 200 mile one way trip. I cannot say thank you enough for them going out of their way to help me out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in that area for anything. I am horrible with names because the service tech and the salesman deserve a shout out for their help. Thank you guys again.

I worked with Daryl from start to finish. I’ve never had a dealership go above and beyond like they have. Not only did everything go flawlessly with the paperwork, but they took care of everything. Even drove an hour to OKC to pick me up from the airport once I flew in. After I left the dealership, Daryl kept in touch making sure my journey back to Oregon went safe and without a hitch. I can say without any hesitation that I WILL be buying again from no one else but Seth Wadley Dealerships. The professionalism and courtesy is unmatched by even the biggest or smallest dealers out there. You won’t be disappointed in your choice to buy from these people. After telling my brother about my experience and him seeing my truck, he’s now considering making his purchase from them as well.

Buying
The whole process was very easy. Between email and text. I found out I had been approved. And was sent pics and all info. So basically all I had to do was go and and test drive make decisions and sign paperwork. They even had someone follow me in my new car to return my rental.

Excellent service department.
This is my third interaction with the service department at Seth wadley ford in Perry. All three times have been exceptional! I usually cringe with the thought of having to go to a dealership, not here... they are great!!!

Oil change tire rotation
Made a reservation and they jumped on it ASAP and finished in reasonable time. Very pleased with service, attitude and work done on my truck.

Glenda was very efficient and professional. The recall repairs were done quickly, and with a minimum of fuss. I appreciate their timeliness in taking care of this issue.

No ethics
My wife went it see a new car all doe eyed and excited. We talked the day before so she knew what we could pay and what to ask for her trade in. She told the salesman and he said he would make it work. To him that meant get financing not work within her numbers. I think lowballed her on trade in when she asked if they could pay it off, he said yes but didn’t tell her that means financing the rest. She says the numbers he showed her on pen and paper was different then what she came home with and was totally surprised when I told her how much she had payed. Sales manager told me we could not bring it back the same day she bought it and offered oil changes for my truck. At the end it’s my wife’s fault, but did they really have to take advantage like that. They really did live up to every bad stereotype for car dealers. Look at your paperwork well before signing.

Amazing people
Great people to work with. They didn’t try to sell me anything. I told them what I wanted and they found it and found the best option to get me in it. Can’t wait to do more business with them in the future
