Mr. JJ Hommer is a real professional salesman. He is very knowledgable concerning the operating systems and different options available on each Cadillac model. He is very patient when explaining and demonstrating the differences in the Cadillac models. We selected a vehicle that had specific options which Vince Whibbs did not have on their lot. In addition, we wanted the windows special tinted. JJ had to search for the specific vehicle that we wanted, JJ had the vehicle delivered, he had the windows tinted, vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready for delivery before we arrived to close the deal. Meeting our vehicle desires was not all JJ did. JJ gave us a tour of the Vince Whibbs dealership, introducing us to the key employees such as the financing department, and service department. Hello. I recently came to Vince Whibbs company to look for a vehicle.. My experience was one of the most satisfying I have ever enjoyed with Mr. Juergen Hommer at Vince Whibbs. In an age when so many companies don’t seem to care about customer service any more. Mr.Juergen seem to be born with a service heart. I found the car online that I liked and called the dealership to talk to Juergen about it. He was very helpful and we scheduled an appointment as I had to get back to work by 3 pm. We test drove the car after checking it out and it didn't take long and I was hooked. But instead of taking advantage of that as some dealership would and I have experienced in the past, I got a great no-pressure service and all my questions answered in a very comfortable atmosphere. Things worked like clockwork and there was no haggling needed as I got a fantastic deal plus good value for my trade-in, fast, friendly service and exactly what I wanted in a reliable late model used car. Their finance manager got me a great rate, over 1.5 percentage points better than I was willing to accept and had all the paperwork done in a timely manner as well as providing great alternatives in additional options and extended warranty coverage. In all my years and vehicles, This was business certainly, but I felt like I was dealing with friends and know that feeling won't change. I have never made a better vehicle decision or selected a better dealership and certainly never a better salesperson. I would give these folks the highest recommendation possible to all my family and friends. These folks understand taking care of the customer, a rare and lost art these days! Best car buying experience of our 33 years of marriage! That's quite a few cars. JJ Hommer has the traits that every good car salesman should have. He is sincere, honest, forthright, and helpful. My wife and I both feel that through the process, JJ became our friend. If he walks into a restaurant while we're eating - we'd gladly invite him over to our table for dinner. WE found the dealership to be clean and professional looking. We found all sales people to be helpful and professional with questions if our salesman was with another customer on an unannounced visit. The price was fair and comparable to other "luxury" SUV's. After the sale they were helpful with timely window tinting and vehicle coating.

I was greated by an outstanding salesman. He was eager and ready to make the deal that I was looking for. The overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to others.
