They bait and switch here. Stay away! Advertise cars for a lower price and then refuse to remove the $2,000 "alarm system" that takes five seconds to remove unless you agree not to pay cash and finance with them at a ten percent interest rate!

Good experience; good Service Department.

Good service and sales experience. Tell Infiniti Headquarters this is my 3rd car from them, and I’ll buy a 4th if they put the QX80 motor into the QX70 body. They’ll also eat Porsche’s lunch on the Macan if they do that….

Rudy in the service department is the best

Great service department here. I always ask for Rudy he is the best! I'm always treated respectfully and given detailed explanations for any service that is needed. Definitely the best service department around.

Over charge

Tried to buy my leased car Financial manger sold me that I never asked for it Watch if you try to buy from them And ask for paper documents not on flash drive

Bad customer service

I purchased a vehicle did not receive my second set of keys, Salesman said he work work on it never did. The manager Miguel said there was nothing he could do and hung up the phone on me.
