Sales team sold me a truck they didn't have the title for

Sales team sold me a truck they didn't have the title for then the shop part charged me for a part I did not need by lieing to me and the refuse to do the complete diagnostic jobs Even though I purchased a extended warranty send like they just like taking people's money

This so unacceptable

They sold me a used vehicle and it looked nice good and drive good for while after, I had it about less a month it broke down, I brought it right back to them to see what wrong with it, they told me to give them 2 weeks to take it all apart find out the problem. They finally tell me what wrong after I have call many times to find out, they tell the a/c part on my engine froze up, they tell me it going to cost 7,000 dollars to fix it, I told them had a warranty on the vehicle, they tried to tell me I don’t have one on it until I give them paperwork to prove it, and they take about another two weeks to check with warranty people to see if it will cover it even though in the paperwork says it should cover all moving parts in vehicle. And I am still without a vehicle they have not even tried to offer rental vehicle when I have full coverage.

WORTH THE DRIVE TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!

This was a 2 hour drive for a fast, easy and headache free purchase! Well worth the drive and they matched our big town trade in offer as well!

They’ll have my business forever!

Both the Sales and Service department are second to none. Justan Smith made buying my Santa Fe the easiest process I’ve ever been apart of. Mike and Payton in Sevice are both great to work with and keep me in the loop the whole while I wait. Would recommend to anyone!

Another vehicle purchase.
