The team at Joe Bullard Acura is hands down the best in Mobile. Sam, Patrick and Clarence, you guys have no idea how much stress you’ve relieved. They’ve been so attentive during this whole process. They took charge in sending paperwork to the insurance company and the bank, to help expedite the process of getting my totaled car settled out. They also found the ONE that I wanted and had it brought over from NOLA. Tonight I stopped in to begin the paperwork process for the new one, figuring it would be an ordeal waiting on everything else to go through with the insurance. 2 hours later my new RDX is in the driveway. Blown away by their exceptional customer service. Loyalty is huge for me. I’ll forever be a Joe Bullard customer.

This is the fifth car we have bought from Patrick Norton at Joe Bullard Acura. The dealership staff and Patrick are very professional and helpful. They make buying a car a very pleasant experience. Any time I have a question even years afterwards I just call Patrick and he helps any way he can. Their service department is also very professional and nice to deal with. Everyone at this dealership appreciates your business and treats you very nice.

I have been a Honda/Acura customer since 2002 and had a 2016 Acura RDX that I leased from Joe Bullard back in October 2016. I decided to try something different when my lease was up and wasn't happy at all. So, I contacted Patrick Norton (my previous contact on my RDX) to see what options (if any ) I may have. I am just gonna go ahead and sayI am a high-maintenance buyer and probably drove him crazy, but he never showed it if I did. LOL! Sam and Patrick worked so hard to get me back in an Acura. And guess what?? They did!! I now have a gorgeous 2019 MDX SH-AWD TECH in my driveway!! I love it!! I plan to add a few accessories on it in the future. I am happy to be back with Cameron (Service) and Patrick!! They have taken such great care of me!! I also want to publicly thank Sam (Sales Manager) for being so patient with this crazy lady! He was awesome as well!! I am thrilled to once again say..."I am Joe Bullard." I don't plan to ever leave them any time soon. :)

I went into the dealership knowing what I was looking for. The process couldn’t have been easier. John McBryde was our salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will seek him out next time I am ready to buy another Acura. I bought an MDX and love it. I feel like John treated me like a friend and not just another customer walking through the door. Brandon is the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure to buy a car from. He is so genuine and quite honest about everything with regards to the vehicles on their lots. While he works at Infiniti, and I decided it wasn’t for me after a test drive, he was quick to find me exactly what I wanted at Acura. It’s a great concept at Joe Bullard that if your salesmen works for one dealership, but they don’t have what you want, they can cross sell. Made the whole process so comfortable and quick. I was getting nervous thinking I was going to have to start all over that afternoon with another salesmen. Now, the best part of the whole process in addition to Brandon was the finance guy Clarence. Honestly I am not a finance a car at the dealership kind of person because well you know how that story goes without me telling you. However, the exception to that rule would be Clarence at Joe Bullard. If you have never met Clarence, you need to stop by and say hello as you will never meet someone in the car business as wonderful as him. Long story short, Clarence sold and did my financing for the first car I ever bought on my own 22 years ago. He was amazing then and has only gotten better with age. Financing took about 30 minutes and the rate was just as competitive if I had done it before I came to the dealership on my own. I am absolutely in love with my Acura MDX and if you Acura isn’t your thing, still stop by and ask for Brandon or Clarence as I would guarantee they will find you what you want at the price you want to pay.

Our shopping experience was enjoyable from beginning to end! Larry Steeart is an excellent salesman, all without pressure to buy. We’ll be back for our nex vehicle, for sure!

Car buying can be stressful, but when I walked in here everyone was so friendly and didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me anything. They listened to what I was looking for and I ended up with an RDX, which I absolutely love! My salesman, John McBryde, was amazing he took so much time answering my questions and the day I picked up the car he reviewed everything with me and was not in a rush to get me out. Drew, the finance manager, was also very patient with all my questions. Both John and Drew worked together as a team and provided the best customer service I could of asked for! If you are looking for an Acura go into Joe Bullard and ask for John!

I recently purchased a 2018 RDX and could not be more pleased with the experience. I chose the Acura after shopping several other comparable SUVs because checked all the boxes for the features I wanted. Patrick Norton was the salesperson that helped me through the entire process and was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process (he even tracked down the exact SUV from another dealer for me!). When i picked up my beautiful new SUV, Patrick took care of ensuring my RDX was set up with my preferences and walked me through everything before I drove off the lot. Drew was very helpful (and expeditious) in explaining all the financial aspects of the purchase. The Service Manager (George) even came out and introduced himself to me before I left. Everyone I met and worked with at Joe Bullard was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!
