Good place to get a car

I have no bad thoughts about this place they did everything they could to help me out and I appreciate that good a wonderful car for under 300 a month

Sketchy Dealership

Ah, so much to say about this business. I was looking to sell my 2016 VW Jetta and I got a message from Claire on Facebook Marketplace. We set up a day and time for me to bring the Jetta in. I was very pleased with my service working with her. She was amazing, very helpful and friendly. I was told I would get my loan paid off maximum of 10 days from the day I sold it to them. 10 days go by, still no payment. I contact my bank and they haven’t received anything. So I call the dealership and explain that no payment has been received. This time around I spoke to JOE. My interaction with him was EXTREMELY disturbing. He was very nasty and disrespectful to me and not to mention, also told me to watch my mouth when I made a statement containing “This is xxxxxxxx” . I was referring to the fact that my loan hadn’t been paid off yet. They were being very sketchy and said they “couldn’t locate the payment” and they couldn’t tell me if it was electronically sent or mailed. They refused to give me any type of tracking number as well. I was then told that the payment was sent through and already processed when it WASN’T (15 days in). They then told me to wait another 3-4 days for processing. NOTHING. They blamed it on my bank and said there was nothing more they had to do. So 18 days go by and I still don’t receive my payment. My bank, the dealership and I did a SECOND three-way call and we spoke to Stephanie & Caitlyn this time. They both were SO helpful. Caitlyn reached out to their third party that deals with the payments and we found out they actually never sent the payment. Finally 23 days later, my loan was paid off and taken care of. I will never return again and never recommend this dealer to anyone. Although Claire, Stephanie and Caitlyn were amazing, my experience overall was awful. And to Joe- I hope you grow up and learn to speak to customers with respect. Maybe that will help with potential customers in the future and self growth!

Can't find a better dealer!!

I went into the dealership to see what I could be approved for, they had told me, and I let them know I would be back. I called in 2 weeks later saying I would be in that day and long behold they couldnt have given me a better deal, I ended up with the nicest truck I have owned so far. Thank you Auto First with your beyond exceptional customer service!!

Best Customer Service!

I can't say enough how great Auto First is. I have bought two cars from them now and each experience has been seamless even give the financial challenges that I have had. They offer great, dependable, clean, affordable used cars . When the owner comes out to say "Hi" as he remembered me from my first purchase says something!

Horrible place. Not trustworthy. Bait and switch.

This was the worst dealership I have ever visited to buy a vehicle. They are trying to sell a 2015 Yukon Denali that needs thousands of dollars' worth of repairs. The Denali has no pictures online and is black on black with VIN 1GKS2CKJ3FR726096 Here is the story: Aaron was the first to contact me and send me pictures after I contacted them through AutoTrader because again no pictures. He texted me pictures which looking back were strategically taken to not show any issues with the car. So we left a deposit and drove 4 hours round trip to look at the vehicle. I texted Aaron when we were on our way and we still waited 30 minutes to even see the vehicle in person when we got there. When Aaron pulled it around, there was broken trim pieces on the passenger side and missing tow cover he perfectly did not show in pictures. Immediately after the detail, it was obvious that someone had smoked in the vehicle, there were cheeseburger wrappers between the seats, and exploded honey mustard packets on the dash. We decided to see the underside of the vehicle anyway because we drove all the way there. The technician had no idea how to properly check ball joints (which are UNSAFE and can cause a wheel to come off), the a/c condenser was leaking, the transmission cooler lines were leaking, and the belts were severely worn. They also just cleared the computer before we got there. Funny enough, the cheeseburger wrappers stuffed in the seats were on the floor in front of the technician's toolbox. We told Aaron we were disappointed with his communication and he told us "Let's stop this conspiracy theory now and go our separate ways." Thank you for your unprofessionalism Aaron and AutoFirst, you made the decision easy to never ever use your business. The owner was nice and offered to return the deposit which we agreed. Sir, I do not think Aaron is a great representation of the way you carry yourself throughout your dealership but shame on you for silently sanctioning his behavior. Then after we left, I had to call 4 times within the following two weeks to receive the deposit. This is the place that gives the automotive field a bad reputation. Listed below are the prices of repairs that I had quoted from a local automotive shop: Lower ball joints and alignment: $1082.01 A/C condenser and recharge: $1543.33 Transmission cooler lines: $785.53 Drive belts: $281.69 Cleared Computer: $ who knows? 4 hours of driving and 2 hours at the dealership: Priceless If you plan on buying here, have a certified technician inspect the vehicle beforehand.

A very happy parent!

We were looking for a 1st car for our daughter. We hit a homerun with Auto First. Very knowledgeable and honest. Fair prices. Would highly recommend.

Don’t Trust Them

Manipulative sales consultants who will lie to make a sale. Hard lesson learned from buying a car from this dealership. Lost a lot of money and would never purchase from them again.

Happy mother!

I was looking for a first truck for my 22 year old son within a $25000 budget. I found good quality and a fair price with this dealer. The same truck locally in town was going for $2000 more, with higher miles! Very friendly staff, family owned and honest! I highly recommend you check these guys out before you make your next purchase!

Awesome

They were awesome. Honest and efficient. I’m self employed so the no BS was amazing. And no hoops. They just helped. A ! I thought I’d walk in, hear well you’re self employed sorry! But they were fantastic. No hard selling either, which is great when some dealers swoop in like vultures. Highly recommend!
