Scott Clayton was the sales rep I dealt with and I only inquired about a specific vehicle. He was friendly and communicative and he followed up on my inquiry the same day after speaking with him. Unfortunately, the dealership had nothing else in the price range, year and model vehicle I was looking for. Look forward to hearing from him if he can find what I'm looking for.

We drove through the lot and saw a vehicle we were interested in. There were no prices listed on the vehicle, so we looked it up online and saw it advertised for $16,378. A salesman came out and asked if we wanted to see it, telling us it would only take 5–10 minutes inside. After 40 minutes, we were presented with numbers that were completely different. Our trade-in was valued at about 40% less than every other estimate we’ve received, and the vehicle price was suddenly $21,800—over $5,000 more than the advertised online price. We were then told the vehicle “still needed to go through the shop,” yet they claimed we could still test drive it. When I pointed out the price discrepancy, I was told their system “must not have updated” and that they “frequently mark vehicles down by $5,000.” The salesman literally whited out the $21,800 price on the worksheet and wrote $16,378 instead, adjusting the numbers, then said he needed to speak with the sales manager. He returned and said they would only honor the $21,800 price, reverted to the original paperwork, and then told us we were no longer allowed to test drive the vehicle—with no explanation and no apology for the incorrect listing. To make matters worse, we were also told this dealership only buys vehicles from Texas to avoid rust and salt damage. After pulling the Carfax, we found this vehicle was originally purchased in New Jersey and serviced there for 7 years. That directly contradicts what we were told. Between the false advertising, inconsistent pricing, refusal to allow a test drive, and inaccurate statements about the vehicle’s history, this experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. We will not be returning and would caution others to verify everything independently.

We worked with Keegan. He is not a typical salesman. He is honest, friendly, genuine, and went out of his way to help us. He made the whole experience worth it.

Do not purchase from this dealership. I went to buy a vehicle from this dealership, but the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) listed it as overpriced by nearly $5,100.00. I asked them to come down $ 3,000.00, and they had a story to tell me about how they use different appraisals, other than the Kelly Blue Book, and how my bank isn't in tune with them. They had the nerve to get upset when the bank would authorize them for the amount they were asking. They were difficult to negotiate with and do business with. When I asked them to come down, they only released 497 and claimed it was a military discount. Then I struggled with them to come up with another $ 200.00.

YOU BEEN WARNED STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM AUTOFIRST DEALERSHIPS AND THEIR MECHANCICS. We purched a vehicle there which they failed to disclose the known safety issue it had sold us the car and let us drove off the lot. Not knowing there was a problem till the next day. Called them they told us oh yeah we have a work order for that which the sales man failed to tell us about and tried to lie his way outta of it.
