This dealership is dishonest. I bought a 2024 BMW, which was advertised with 16,000 miles when I received it had over 18,000 miles. When I confronted them, after receiving the car, the sales person was dismissive, and rude. I just brought it to the BMW dealership as the paint is chipping and have been informed by their experts that this car was painted over. You can see overflow on the rubber around the window and where they cut the tape. this dealership disclosed that this car was in original condition. They are shady and I would never buy anything from them again. I am registering my complaint to the Better Business bureau so this does not happen to anybody else.

Everything was calm, polite, and clean. I sat there sipping coffee, scrolling through options on my phone. No one rushed me or hovered over my shoulder. I actually felt in control. That almost never happens.

It’s not just about selling. They helped with financing, paperwork, even delivered the car home. I took them up on that and they brought it the same day, even helped with the plates. That kind of care is rare.
