Service, new touch screen, and detail.
Corey is my Cadillac specialist, at Crossroads. He is patient and gives me descriptions and details of my car in a way that I am able to understand. My car was initially there to try and pinpoint where the noise in the cars rear-end was coming from and why. My touch screen was acting like it was on crack...it was fixed as well as my car getting detailed. The detailer did a great job!

Excellent help for traveler in need of a repair
Water pump failed on our 2005 Suburban 165k. Service rep Chris got us worked in early and had the water pump replaced before noon. This was unscheduled work for a traveler 700 miles from home and having never been to Crossroads before. This was also on a Monday with no prior notice. Exemplary service allowed us to reach our destination the next day (another 500 miles on down the road) allowing me to start my new job. Super!

Service Dept
Corey always greets with a smile and goes above & beyond in servicing our Cadillac. When it recently developed a mechanical issue, he test drove it with us, correctly troubleshot the problem, informed us that part needed to fix it was in stock and returned it fixed in a very acceptable time period...especially considering he got the oil changed & even washed it! We really like dealing with the same person each time we visit the CR Service Department...good idea!

Very pleasant experience buying car
I went to simply look at crossovers. The experience was very pleasant. Tab, the salesman showing me various cars answered all questions very patiently even if they were about previous cars we had looked at. He made it very easy with all the paperwork also. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly.
