Great experience from start to finish
Everyone at Massey Cadillac was very professional and courteous. Jimmy Capps, my salesperson, made the experience of leasing my SRX just that much better. Not only was he patient and knowledgeable when it came to going over the models, but he and the staff prepared all paperwork after I left the showroom and all I had to do was come in and sign. He took the time to introduce me to my service pro, Margaret, and I left the showroom feeling completely satisfied knowing I was in good hands. Caddy CTS Cream Puff 2007
Service manager Troy provides excellent customer contact, feedback and recommendations on service needs. The facility for customer waiting areas are very comfortable. One suggestion is to improve the customer Internet service through out the building.

Excellent Service
Troy is always informative and polite. He makes a visit bearable. Sitting is not one of my favorite things to do,l so having a representative like Troy helps. The repair took longer than expected, but I was kept informed. A recall that I was unaware of was also completed. Now, I do not need to return for the recall to be completed. Thanks!

Best service
I wanted an oil and filter service and the transmission fluid, power steering fluid and brake fluid changed, the service and the price were great and Brian Peine took care of me from my first call to book in up to completion of the work. The time taken was as advised and there was comfortable waiting area with complementary drinks and free wifi so I could catch up on emails. I will definitely use Massey Cadillac North again for my servicing needs
