The best service.

The best service. Allowed me to drop the car off, & picked me up. The car was clean and cooled off for me.

I purchased a Volkswagen from Kalidy Kia a year ago and

I purchased a Volkswagen from Kalidy Kia a year ago and have the friends for life oil changes. Unfortunately, every time I schedule service they always have to order a filter. I understand this is not a Volkswagen dealership. But, being that service is pre-scheduled they should be aware of what products are needed for the day and pre-order as to not inconvenience customers. At my last visit the service technician working on my vehicle parked it in the pouring rain and I had to run out as ask him to grab my umbrella. My service advisor Darnell saw me and came to ask why the vehicle wasn’t pulled in from the rain. Some lame excuse was given. At that time the technician informed Darnell and I that my hood would no longer come up due to a cable breaking. Which apparently happens with foreign cars. My family and I were headed to Kansas for a long weekend and not having a working hood was not an option. Even though the technician wanted me to leave and come back after my trip. Darnell insisted that he pull my car in and have it looked at to ensure it was highway ready. They had to order a part and it would take through the end of the day to complete. So Darnell got me a shuttle home and keep me updated with the status of my vehicle until it was completed. My service advisor Darnell is the only reason I’m giving the service center a 4 star rating. He is so polite, informative, thorough, and goes above and beyond for his customers.
