Everyone was very nice and helpful. The car paying process, went really fast and easy. We had to pick up our car the following morning because we couldn’t get the down payment out of the bank that night so the only issue we had was that following morning we were told all we had to do was pay the down payment and get the keys, but the gentleman that helped us the night before had misplaced our paperwork allegedly. So it took awhile for someone to figure things out and get us taken care of.

Zaid fair young salesman, Nia nice woth little product or personal space awareness. Justin put it all in motion but did not oversee the process to get it done in a timely manner. Terry did the light lifting but was great. Where was he the entire time? He should be a frontline guy for you
