Went in for a 35,000-mile service on May 29th. Tyler recommended a couple of services, but no pressure was place on me and I declined. He did point out a safety issue, which I agreed to. When it was going to take longer than anticipated, he set up a shuttle ride so my daughter and I could eat lunch. All in all, a pleasant experience.
