My First Lexus!

I purchased my first Lexus on 12.31.22. Best experience in car buying in the last 30yrs for me! Took me over 6 months to find the right Lexus for me but it was worth the wait. Attentive sales team at Lexus of Austin and most of all, not pushy :) My sales person was patient with me, answered all my questions, stayed on top of things, and quick in responding to my text. After I drove off, I found a small scratch and guess what, it was fixed the next business day. Thank you, William "Bill" Watson! You're awesome!

Outstanding Service

Our first time at the dealer and Mike came to us and answer all of our questions patiently and extremely friendly. He explains step by step the differences between each vehicle and guide us through all the process, Mr. Gruver gives us time to think with no rush and was very comprehensive and patient when I had to feed my baby and then continue with the process. Overall, all the staff did an outstanding job with us, we are more than happy with the experience we had at Lexus Austin.

Brian + Christine at Lexus of Austin were awesome!

Brian Erickson and Christine Oliden were both very helpful as my boyfriend and I evaluated purchasing a new vehicle! They were both very instrumental in helping us make an informed decision, patient with our many questions, and very supportive with information regarding the vehicle. Easier than I expected

Overall it was an easy process. Negotiated a deal over email, showed up to the dealership and test drove the car, signed a few papers and then I was on my way. Super easy!

Great Experience

Great experience working with Jared at Lexus Pre-owned. The buying experience was professional and positive. There was an issue with the touchscreen during my test drive - Lexus repaired/replace defective parts and we purchased the next day.

We have purchased 4 Lexus RX350s from Lexus of Austin. The latest was a 2023 Lexus RX350L. I am completely satisfied with Nicco Azari and the Lexus of Austin staff. The service department is great as well. And the Parts Manager, Kelly is great.

Car was kept overnight without telling us.

Service exceeded the time of two hours Michael Capps told us it would take, and the car was left overnight at the maintenance shop without being notified or granted the courtesy of an explanation by phone. I didn’t feel comfortable driving a loaned car for personal reasons and had to ask our security guy, Skip Smart, to give my husband and I a ride to the hospital later that evening for a COPD emergency treatment. Mr. Capps was not entirely honest with me and totally ignored answering my question when I asked if the time he had given me for my car’s maintenance was accurate. However, he did ignore me with a smile on his face! Katy Duncan

Go somewhere else, the drive is worth it!

I bought my wife a car and it’s been a pain every since. Had to find someone to fix it and get all new tires before first payment. Getting it fixed was a struggle all in its own but at least we were reimbursed for parts and labor on the light issue.
