Great Service

It is so easy to drop my car off and I like getting text messages throughout the whole process of having my car there.

first service visit and was pleasantly surprised

Professionalism with service adviser and making it an easy and helpful service call. Larry was took the time to explain things and made sure all was done correctly

Fast Service

Speed! Carlos said just drop in and they took care of my issues while I waited! I walked around the lot dreaming and boom, car was ready as promised!

Great Service

The people were great. Ronaldo, Eddie and Miles were all great. Ronaldo was my favorite sales consultant ever. Very thorough and knowledgeable, same with Eddie. Very professional but not pushy. very trustworthy. And I got a great vehicle!

Fresh Breath of HONEST Air!

Oscar and Carlos in the Service Dept are exceptional and above and beyond helpful in answering any and all questions I had and explaining what I did NOT need and why. Not sure how many HONEST service places would tell you that you DON’T need to replace this, that or anything else for that matter. What a blessing to have TRUST in a company! Thank you to Armando for the car to use in the day so I could get my son to school. Great helpful team all the way around and I do highly recommended them to everyone I know! Sincerely a huge Thank you for the wonderful service! I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again. I love that I now notice Gerald Ford stickers on cars everywhere I drive and I smile knowing they are like part of this fun ford family too!
