North Aurora is the best

First time buying a new car from a dealership, however it definitely was not my first time going through the process. I was actually lined up to buy from a different Ford dealer that was way closer to my house. Aaron called me and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. He pulled some some strings and I left with a brand new Ranger. After seeing how much backend work they put it to make the deal be favorable (especially in this market) I don't believe I will ever use a different Ford dealer. I am new to the construction industry and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. As my business expands so will my fleet. I will definitely need more trucks in the future. As long as Aaron keeps fair deals coming, I will keep coming. Thanks guys.

Made the appointment, got in on time, and service was quickly completed. Waiting room was nice and clean and employees were friendly.

Buy your ford from Gerald Ford

Amazing! Love Gerald ford! My friend Raquel who works for Gerald recommended I buy my truck from them. Everyone was amazing. Eddie, Miles, Oscar in service, the guy in front of Oscar and the guy who sits behind him. All In service, some tall guy, who seems to like to flirt with everyone. Arron in sales. I have been telling anyone who needs a vehicle to go to Gerald. Thank you.

Hardwork

Oscar got my car looked in very speedy amount of time and Conroy (my driver) was very interesting to talk as he dropped me off at my house.

What i would expect from a mechanic

prompt service and quality work was done on my car. As long as the same quality of work continues I will continue to bring my vehicle for servicing.
