Worst experience ever! Stay Away
This is the worst dealership I have ever been in! Went to see a Jeep That they had list at a great price, it looked and drove great. After doing all the loan paperwork and waiting over 2 hours I was told the Jeep had a error code and I should look at something more expensive. I told them I was only internet in the Jeep. They told me they would fix the code and next day I got a call saying it was too expensive to fix. I went down for a refund and they gave me such a hard time. Kept sending people over to me trying to sell me something else. I finally had to start yelling after 30 minutes and they said they put my refund through. This is the fifth day and still no refund! Stay Away from this place. I would give a -3 stars if I could.

They still have not given me May plates and registration in over 8 days. Keep transferring and ignoring my calls!! Stay away from this horrible place.

Stay away from Nissan bayshore
Worst place to buy a Car. Customer servíce is horrible. Beware of financing scheme!!! Bought 2015 Altima and they try to scam me on warranty and higher interst rate. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went to this dealership and spent...
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went to this dealership and spent almost 5 hours there on Saturday. Put a down payment of $3,000 down on a car and was returning on Monday (since the bank was already closed at that point) to take the car. I called my insurance company and insured the car, got my bank check and headed over to the dealership on the time we had agreed upon on Saturday. After sitting for 1/2 hour, I was told there was a problem. The manager told me that there was a “mix up” with the VIN #s and that the car had been sold to someone else! I checked my insurance card and the vin on the car (it was still on the lot) and they matched! He would produce no proof that the car was sold before the date i purchased, and then they brought two cars around with less mileage for me to test drive saying they would “work with the price” since they made a mistake. I test drove the first and refused the second until we spoke about $. They did NOT work anything out with the price after the test drive and I wound up walking out of there with no car, a useless bank check (that cost me$15) and a headache with my insurance company. Corporate was useless telling me that they are independently owned blah blah blah. I am actually in the process of trying to get the money back for my bank check. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I PUT MY STORY ON FACEBOOK AND APPARENTLY THEY DO THIS ALLLLLL THE TIME!!!!

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra in July of 2020. The sales person and the finance person were Hispanic and I don’t speak English fluently so we spoke In Spanish. The finance person lied to me about my loan options he got me above 9.1 % interest with my credit score being above 6.5 points. He told me that he couldn’t get another bank to finance the vehicle. He knew I wanted the car and he also told me to go back in a year and he was going to lower my payments to almost half. I wasn’t completely informed about how everything works. I went back to the dealership and to my surprise the finance person is not longer there.naw I’m stuck with a car payment of $615.00 for a Nissan Sentra. And Nissan claims that they can’t do anything about it

I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this...
I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership EVER again! They are dishonest and sold me a car with transmission issues! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SR on 09/16/2019. The vehicle had just been returned the same day as a lease from the previous owner. I spent the entire day, until closing, in attempt to finalize sales. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle in the following day to be inspected. I went back to Bay Shore Nissan with the vehicle on 09/17/2019 to have the vehicle inspected. I spent numerous hours in the waiting area with my 2 year old niece and was told that it was taking a little longer than expected. I was offered a rental. The following day I received a phone call that the car was ready. On 08/25/2021 my check engine light came on. I took my car to Bay Shore Nissan to be serviced on 08/27/2021 at 8:15 am and was told that the transmission needed to be rebuilt at 33K miles. This was covered under warranty so the transmission was “rebuilt” in eight hours and was ready the same day. I had my reservations regarding this and called the service tech. The following day I visited a trustworthy Honda dealership and a car fax was run on the 2016 Nissan Altima SR. Apparently the day I purchased the vehicle, it could not pass emissions inspection. It failed a total of 5 times between 09/16/2019 and 09/17/2019. Instead of being honest about this and letting me know they continued to try to fix this issue and drive the car around until it would pass. I now had to trade in a car that I purchased less than two years ago with a rebuilt transmission and had to come out of pocket because I owe more than the car is worth. I’ve been a loyal customer with Atlantic Nissan as well as Bay Shore Nissan. NEVER AGAIN. I can promise you that.

No, thank you. You can’t be as nearly regretful as me. Displeased is an understatement. It's more like completely disgusted and angry. There is nothing you can do for me. Perhaps you should hire honest employees. I no longer have the lemon Nissan of Bay Shore sold me and I take it as a lesson learned. That being said, I will be contacting corporate. My family and I will never be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. Honesty goes a long way and unfortunately that is lacking here. You don't take advantage of your customers, especially loyal customers, just to put a dollar in your pocket. The fact that this dealership let me leave with a car knowing it had transmission issues (I have the car fax as proof) is completely unethical. Good riddance.

Wasted my time and tried ripping me off
Cannot wait to get this lease over with and never go back to Nissan again. 15-year customer and their customer service went downhill. Sent me a letter after another letter telling me they want to buy back the car that they put me in for four years. Yes, that's right four years and told me they would help me get into a car lowering my monthly payment. They said they had all sorts of deals. I go there Saturday and told them the car that I wanted and they said no problem they would work the numbers with me. They told me I had to put a 500 dollar deposit down on a car that they needed to get from another lot. They could not give me the numbers but I still had to put the deposit down and come back in a couple of days. I asked them why they needed a deposit from me and they told me that the car sells fast and they needed a deposit. That really did not sit right with me and if the car sells fast then they would not need a deposit from me. I told them they just lost a 15 year customer with the game they just played with me. They did not care. Thats ok because when this lease is over I will go somewhere else. I will be telling friends and family not to go there. Horrible.
