Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. After they sell you the car they just don't care anymore . BE AWARE They increase the price from what they and you agreed on when you are unaware/ waiting for hours and rush you to sign papers, so you woul not notice the price increase. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

After a recent nightmare experience with another

After a recent nightmare experience with another dealership, I came into Nissan of Bay Shore feeling hesitant, but Shane and Ahmad completely turned that around for me. Shane, the manager, was a breath of fresh air. He’s upbeat, has a genuinely bubbly personality, and most importantly he kept his word. When we shook hands on a monthly lease payment, he honored it without games, pressure, or surprises. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Ahmad, my salesperson, was equally impressive. He was patient, honest, and refreshingly straightforward. No upselling, no hidden add-ons just clear answers and smooth handling of everything from start to finish. The entire process was completed in under three hours, which is almost unheard of at a dealership. Together, Shane and Ahmad changed my entire perception of car dealerships. I walked out feeling respected and confident in the deal I got - not exhausted or second guessing anything. Nissan of Bay Shore has absolutely earned my trust and future business. Jennifer L.

Brought my vehicle in today for a synthetic oil change

Brought my vehicle in today for a synthetic oil change and asked to use this coupon that was emailed to me and they refused to honor it. They told me "the owner refuses to accept it" because “he was losing too much money”. This is false advertisement if the dealership is refusing to accept something that is offered. The coupon was mailed to my residential address as well as emailed to me and states that it is valid thru 5/11/25. Today is 4/15/25.

Negative Stars for this dealership and Nissan Consumer Affairs. Thank You Hannah for doing absolutely nothing. Bayshore Nissan Service department refusing to perform a minimal cost RECALL. Shame on you Nissan!!!! Excuse after Excuse to not do a recall ????? Nissan Service" NICK" you lied first and thus put the safety of my children and Family at risk for a repair which would cost you 0 Dollars. Stay away from this dealership at all cost if you value the safety of your family. I Have contacted the NHTSA to file a complaint against this dealership and apparently many complaints about this dealership. All this resistance from Nissan for a simple SAFETY RECALL. Next Stop States Attorney General!

Received a email for a discount oil change for 29.99. Made appointment was refused the discount. No reason why the refusal. Left not giving this place my business.

The dealership lead by the arrogant GM should be avoided

The dealership lead by the arrogant GM should be avoided at all costs. The GM after he stated his salesman was wrong on the pricing and raised it 10k threatened that he had my financial information and I should be careful. Run away as fast as you can. It no wonder not I customer there

Disappointed in Nissan of Bay Shore service department.

Disappointed in Nissan of Bay Shore service department. My transmission was replaced in 2022, covered by my warranty, I paid $100 out of pocket. Beginning of 2025, I noticed my car making loud noises when I would brake. I had my father take it to a local mechanic, they told him whoever replaced my transmission, used defective parts. I took it back to Nissan of Bay Shore, they confirmed that the noise is coming from my transmission, and the parts that were used were defective. My warranty was only going to cover $1,200 and Nissan had to pay the difference (total cost of transmission around $6,000). Nissan did not cover the rest of this for me. I contacted Nissan Consumer of Affairs to make a complaint against the dealership, unfortunately, they decided to not take the complaint. Nissan had my car for over two weeks and when I went to pick up the car, my car was in the same condition as when I dropped off the car to Service. The only good thing about the situation was I was given a loaner car, and the Service Advisor, Stephen was great at communicating with my father and I and was very friendly, but still, my car was not fixed in the end. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor (didn’t get her name) that was working had the nerve to ask me to sign a form acknowledging the “service” that was done to my car, which was basically nothing, not even a complimentary car wash. Highly disappointed in this dealership and I hope whoever is reading this, thinks twice about purchasing a vehicle/ having a major service job done at this dealership.
