They sold me a car with bad engine mounts - a $980 repair that they refuse to take responsibility for. I drove it less than 300 miles and after two weeks I took it in to get looked at. The warranty they sell you is $3000 and denied our claim because it was a pre-existing condition. The CarFax report was great, no history of accidents or recorded issues. The dealership either did not do the initial inspection or simply lied in order to screw over people who didn't bring a car mechanic with them.

This was such a professional experience I would recommend them to anybody. Their in-depth knowledge of vehicles was very comforting for me.

We came in to check out a white 2016 Silverado LTZ with 100k miles. Priced at 26.7k. For starters the truck had some oil drips on the oil filter. They said it just had the oil done so I gave him the benifit of the doubt and we went on a test drive. Second gear shifted rough as we were pulling out. We didn’t make it two more lights before it was shifting hard into second. So we brought it back and left. I asked the guy riding with us if they inspect the truck before selling it. His reply was they take it to a shop for inspection. If it passes they post it for sale. If not they make repairs then post it. But no mention about actually looking over the car to see if it was reliable. They have a nice clean shop. The guy showing the truck was polite. But it doesn’t matter. They will sell you a bad 27k$ car and it’ll be your problem. Take this as u may but I wouldn’t shop here

The process was quick and simple. Everyone was courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. So many options and all of my questions were answered. The staff was great and I will be back to purchase soon!!
