Although I did not buy my car here the service and kind help to replace a key fob was over the top. I appreciate especially Carlos and Andi at the Honda of Newnan so much for helping me with replacing a lost key fob. I?ll just say that their kindness was above and beyond. I?ll be stopping by there this week to thank them once more in person :) Highly recommend Honda of Newnan! Ask for Carlos or Andi! They?re all terrific!

Service was good just did not expect to pay 299 for Freon coolin because it was low, that?s rip off!!! The young man was pleasant & did give me 15 percent off the price I appreciate that!

Took in for a potential warranty issue.
Took in for a potential warranty issue. I was told it would be $182 for them to just look at. I already took to a tire dealer who looked at for free and said I should go to the dealer because it should be covered by a warranty. I called Honda before arriving and they confirmed it was covered. So why would I have to pay $182 for the dealership to look at? I will never come here again. For service or to buy. Love my car. Don?t feel the same about this dealership.
