Paint work average, incompetent service staff and no return calls if you have problems. Don't work with Joe. He starts asking for his positive review before closing. The tires on the truck were rotted. They gave me a service ticket to fix a sensor. I drove back to Ogden and they OUTRIGHT LIED and didn't fix the sensor. These people are thieves

This dealership is a scam
I am from San Francisco California and bought a 2016 toyota sequoia platinum on 4/7/2023 in this dealership. On my way home the car feels funny when I break. The carfax report was sent on Monday 4/10/2023 and not along the paperwork at the time of purchasing. The front of the car is white, the back is black. I am not sure what happened to the car but it doesnt feel safe, I am eery and scared to drive it. I want to return the car or exchange for the same without accident and no scary history or with accurate description of the car and no feedback from them to make it right.

Do your research.
Google Vins for salvage cars before you buy. And make sure to get a independent purchase inspection. I made the mistake of flying in and not getting it inspected and on the way home a few problems showed up. Gave the dealer some time to make it right and they didn't. And mine was a clean title with no accident history. So be careful.

Andrea in the Service Department
Shortly after purchasing a 2021 Honda Ridgeline, the “Brake” alert popped up several times on the gauge panel. I quickly made an appointment with the service department and thought for sure I was doomed. I did not purchase the warranty and it is an “As is” purchase. To my surprise they conducted a diagnostic test and fixed the problem. I dealt with Andrea, from the service department. She was extremely polite, courteous, informative and very pleasant to interact with. I asked her how much it was going to cost me and she said “nothing”! That was a very pleasant surprise! I thought for sure they would charge me since I did not purchase the warranty. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to Andrea! Thank you!
