Car buying experience

I contacted a sales rep prior to coming in and set up an appointment. I initially thought I would have to go to their location about 1hr away from me but was pleasantly surprised that I could buy the car I wanted from the location closet to me. I received awesome service from Sorrell. The entire process was fairly easy. I would recommend this dealership.

Great experience!!

I went with a little over a hour til closing. Still I was not rushed or felt that I would get anything less but their full attention. Thank you to David Carter and Tammie Barber who not only stayed past closing, but took their time to explain everything to me. Needless to say I will be buying my next vehicle from here.

Recent Positive Purchase

Phillip was extremely helpful and patient with us as we worked out our payment separate from the financing offered by Easterns. Easterns makes the transaction as smooth as possible and also allowed us to take the car for an independent pre-purchase inspection (which came out clean) prior to purchasing.

Dave Carter (D.C.) Was great and very honest, however I didn't like the fact that BDC department baited me into coming in, when I called ahead for reason. And I was turned down for all the reason I asked about before. The only reason I gave a 5 was for Dave and Danny.

Easterns Sold a Great Car

David Carter and the finance manager, Danny Nguyen, were able to get my son into an affordable car quickly. Both were there all the way to the end, through the credit and insurance hurdles. They were so helpful during the entire process and we appreciate the honesty throughout. Not your typical car salesman!
