My fiancé and I was recommended to the dealership to talk to Cory by my future father and law. I am so great that we decided to walk-in. Cory Cooper who was eager to help us even though we can in an hour or so before closing. He was very friendly, and provided us with all the information a first time buyer could ever ask for. I purchased my Dodge Journey on 4-21-14 at Easterns Automotive Group of Manassas. It was a great experience. The salesman, Samuel Frempong came outside and greeted me immediately as I parked my vehicle. I advised him that I was waiting for my sister to help me decide on a vehicle to purchase. Mr. Frempong did not pressure me to start the buying experience immediately, he politely stated he would be ready and available once my sister arrived. Mr. Frempong was very patient with all of our questions and I believe I received a fair and honest deal for the type of car I specifically stated I wanted to purchase. There was no haggeling and no sales pitch to try to get me to buy a different vehicle or a vehicle that was out of my comfort zone as far as the purchase price. I was very pleased that the transaction was very straight-forward without nonsense. I was shown the exact vehicles that I had stated were my perferences for my purchase that day and what I was trying to accomplish. I highly recommend Easterns Automotive Group for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and be speedily on their way because as we all know, time is money!!! The manager, Ben, is rude, disrespectful, and very dishonest. He makes the entire dealership look bad. Ben won't hesitate to use scare tactics on people if he thinks they will work. He also won't hesitate to lie (for instance, he said he could call the bank and tell them to force a car loan through, which is not even close to legal.) These people will say one thing, then draw up papers that reflect something entirely different. Save yourself the energy, time, and bad experience- skip Eastern's and pick a dealership that won't try and intimidate you into a vehicle.
