Subaru Outbacl 2011

Nikos showed great customer service,very friendly and made the overall buying experience great. I will recommend the Nikos to others in the future. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Easterns of Manassas is a very good place to purchase a vehicle. The overall experience was excellent.

When I came to Easterns I honestly didn't think they would be able to do anything for me. I had negative equity in the car I was in at the time and my credit rating was poor at best. However, they did everything possible to help me. My Salesperson was Chas (Anderson). He was extremely thorough and helped me through some important decisions. Ben was my finance manager. Now he was the rock star (SORRY CHAS). He walked through my information with the banks and was able to bring my payment in lower than I expected AND my interest rate was lower than my previous car. These guys are amazing and I will most definitely be coming back to them in the future for my vehicle needs. Thank you! Barbie Barnes

Had an awesome experience. Chas and Eli were very friendly and took great care of me. The entire process was painless and my wife and I came away with the exact car she wanted. I highle recommend them and I plan on returning in a few months when I need to replace my car.

Absolute fabulous service. 24 hours after purchasing my 2012 Suburban it had a major issue. The owner of the company personally brought a tow truck and a comparable loaner SUV to my farm, and towed the Suburban in, and had the uses taken car of ASAP. Very impressed and would highly recommend Easterns.

I wish I could say that my first time car buying...

I wish I could say that my first time car buying experience was positive but it was not. This experience has taught me to stick with my orginal car plan and DO NOT LET PEOPLE FORCE YOU INTO SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT READY FOR. The fact is that these people just did not care about me or my needs once the purchase went through. Prior to that, I felt rushed and pressured and ended up buying a car well outside of my budget (which I am sure none of them were complaining about) I left there anxious and confused. I did not get call backs regarding neccassary information. I found numerous repairs that needed to be done. When I returned to have them fixed I was told "it was the 30th day of the warranty and they could not do anything about it." They work was shotty and they seemed to charge their employees for the repairs, which seems strange to me. There was a lot of joking and giggling going on until you asked them to do something. Then the phrase, "Oh yeah I gotta to see about that." was repeated often. Perhaps, my dealer did not seem to know much about the procedure or protocol regarding my purchase and threw alot of questions to the manager who seem less than interested doing business with me or anyone of my complexion. I will never go to easterns again. Aside from the young man (Josh) who offered to help me get my car fixed at a nearby repair place. He alone gets my praise and graditude. I will not be returning here EVER again!!!!!!
