Too long in financial department

Took way too long in financial department. CJ was very helpful and pleasant in sales department.

Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew cab LT 2Fl purchase

When I first came in to look at your Silverado selection I had several options to look at with multiple trims levels and Justin, and Corey greeted me to assist. I had worked with Corey previously with my last two purchases but Corey had since moved into finance so Justin now is my guy. My experience was great as I was not there too much time and did everything needed to finalize the deal 2 days later. for me this was straightforward as I knew what I wanted it was just a matter of negotiating the deal and this was a good and equal balance. the dealership didn't try and sell me things I didn't need nor wanted. I will go here every time for service and all my future purchases.

Great service, easy process!

Service went very well. State Insp. I thought took too long (2.5 hrs.',) everything else was great.

Great Service by George.

Came to get the driver seat fixed. The cost was too high to repair at the moment. George explained in detail why the cost and procedure. He asked if it was that important to us, it wasn?t. Not broken, just stuck in one position. We can come back when we?re ready. Since we were there, he said we can do some maintenance for the car which we knew was needed. All in all, it wasn?t a waste a time. We learned something new, got the car going until the next oil change and service.

Nice experience

Bought a used truck from these guys 3+ years ago. Their support has been amazing. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Do Not Go Here

DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR!! I was treated miserably. On Tuesday, July 12, 2022, I walked into Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester to purchase a car. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and was ready to put down a deposit. C.J. was the salesperson assigned to me. He was very distracted during our appointment even talking to another potential customer while I was left waiting at his desk that he had walked away from. C.J. found the car I requested was on order at another Chevrolet Dealership in New Jersey. We discussed the price, current incentives and the trade in value of my current car. I was introduced to his "manager" Zach who promised me that he would get back to me that afternoon, after he confirmed that the above mentioned vehicle was actually available. Zach specifically said to me "I will light up their phones today until I get an answer." I did not hear from C.J. or Zach on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, I called to be told that Zach was not available to speak with me and that C.J. would be in at 1pm. I left a message requesting that one of them call me back. I did not hear from either of them on Wednesday. On Thursday I called back and was told that neither of them were in the building. I requested to speak with another "manager" and was transferred to Brian. He informed me that he did not have my paperwork but knew that the car in New Jersey was not available. I told him that I would like to order a 2023 version of the car. Brian said he would tell C.J. on Friday. Of course I never heard back from C.J., Zach or Brian. Today, Thursday, July 21, 2022, I walked into Del Chevrolet in Paoli and ordered the exact car I wanted. I was treated with respect, dignity and seriousness. In fact, I was told that my car would be ordered immediately. Moral of my story: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT CIOCCA CHEVROLET OF WEST CHESTER!

Service Claim not Performed

The list of service performed claimed that they had reset my tires to the factory recommended pressure. It was unchanged from before servicing for this oil change. I didn't know that were checking for that during the oil change though. This was not a big deal though. It something I check periodically myself and maintain.
