I will never bring any of my vehicles here again poor...

I will never bring any of my vehicles here again poor service sorry management only worried about getting paid my cadillac was returned to me in worse condition.

Got an appointment the next day! Was provided...

Got an appointment the next day! Was provided transportation! Called me with estimate of work to be done! AC drain stopped up and needed to be replaced! Everything was completed as planned, estimate was very accurate! Very good service!

The communication could be better.

The work was good, it correct the problems. I would have like to be kept up with the process, concerning whether the tires came in and time went the job was done.

Very relaxed and stress free.

2019 Chevy 2500 LTZ Duramax/Allison My experience was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dealership checked out my trade as I test drove their truck. They made me an offer on my trade that exceeded my expectations. Some dealerships want to steal your trade, this was not the case at Stan McNabb. My trade was real clean and they noticed that. I asked a lot of questions about the truck and did some calculating and we were only $200.00 apart on first offer. I then chose to make the deal. I had started on the internet and then talked with Laura Lee Truelove via text and phone call. She always took my calls or returned them quickly with the answers I needed. Again everyone at the dealership was helpful and pleasing to deal with. Truck was recleaned while we took care of paper work. Thanks for a pleasing experience, un-like many others I have had at other dealerships in the past. This was a stress free event. Michael

Was pleased with service. Disappointed that tire wasn’t at least partially covered by some type of warranty. Overall pleased. Will plan on using service department in the future.

Horrible experience! They're definitely only out to make a dollar and don't care about the customer needs. Make sure that you take the cars to your own mechanic to get an inspection before you buy because they sure won't help.

I took my 2015 Silverado in because the a/c was not...

I took my 2015 Silverado in because the a/c was not working. It was blowing, not cooling so I figured it was a leak. First of all a five year old vehicle should not be having a/c issues, but that is another issue unto itself. My issue with this service was the amount for the repair. After the $200 to just locate the leak it was going to be another $1200 to make the repairs! I understand I am dealing with a dealership but that seemed extremely high so I took my truck to a trusted friend that has been a mechanic for 40 years and owns his own shop. The total cost of the repair was $479... Even if I did get a friends and family discount the difference should not be a $1000! I am a Columbia native. I never did business with Lucas, buying trucks all of which have been Chevrolets from other dealers outside of town. I had hoped with the name change that this dealership had improved it's ways but from what I have seen with this experience I will continue to carry my business outside of town. This review is solely directed towards the powers that be that determine the maintenance pricing. The technician himself and the service reps were extremely easy to work with and understanding.

repair work on rear tire assembly

the crew was very friendly and nice even the ones up front were even friendly offering water cokes and helping to see if i needed anything the repair work was done very fast compaired to other dealerships i will buy my next car or suv from this dealership you have earned my business and a big thank you to all HARRY sYMLAR
