The dealership sits on the corner of highway 50 and highway 31. Stan McNabb dealership has only been their no more than 2 years so I will reserve justice. So far they are doing well.

Expeditious and Transparent
I live 250 miles away. I knew what car I wanted. Once I expressed interest in the car they did not play games. They told me what was needed on my part and always called and texted me back promptly and as promised. It took no more than two hours from the first phone call to the transaction being finished. I very much appreciate the honest, transparent, personable but no-nonsense interaction I had with all parties involved.

I took my car to stagecoach and after holding it for 2...
I took my car to stagecoach and after holding it for 2 days they told me that I needed to replace my bcm, and referred me to this dealership. It was my biggest regret, they held my car at the dealership for 2 days, and they called and said the reason my car was acting up was because a CD was stuck, they said my issues wouldnt happen again if I replaced it rather than just get the CD out, so I dropped $700 to get my radio replaced. I took the car home, and took a look under the hood because my car broke down as soon as I got it home. ALL OF THE WIRES were loose, some things werent even connected to the proper place, they rigged some bs in my trunk, and then my ac wouldnt work either after I picked it up. So I call them back and tell them my AC ient working and my car is still acting out so I took it back, they were quick to blame stagecoach even though everything worked fine when I left stagecoach. So i told them to call me before doing anything. The next call I get is them saying yeah we fixed your ac, we charged it too, blah blah blah, and they just said I owed about $300, no consent, just they did it. And here I am still having the same problem with my car, and just wasted my money on something that didnt help.

I enjoyed my new car buying experience very much . Everything went quickly & I appreciate them working so hard to locate the exact car I wanted. My salesman Chris Cathy worked so hard to make it a great experience @ a great deal. This is the 1st Cadillac I ever had, have always had a Ford. Time for a change!!!

Recent visit to Service Canter
I went in for a simple issue of a censer going bad and was told it was something else wrong with my car and would now cost $2500. Took my care to somewhere else to have censer replaced. Simple fix! However Stan McNabb tried to get me to replace my timing chain, at a tune of $2500. I have heard multiple stories like this but always try to make my own opinion. I will never be back, and would never recommend.
