Joel and Patrick really impressed me compared to my past experiences when the dealership was owned by the Lucas family my car started having issues right before the service department closed one day and I left the car there for repairs and had no ride home and Joel was kind enough to offer me a ride which I quickly accepted since it 90 degrees out and was 6+miles away my car was repaired the next day...anyways very impressed with the care and quickness of the new staff at the old chevy store :)

The technician left greasy hand prints and grease on the door handle and the front of the hood on a white truck. My opinion, just a number pushed through as quick as possible
