Awesome Team at Stan McNabb

The team at Stan McNabb were incredible. Jerry was great in helping me figure out with Cadillac was right for me; we looked at several before I chose the XT4. Everyone stopped by and said hello and were very friendly and helpful. I feel like a got a great deal and had a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and will send others to this team.

Service work

Explained GM bulletin on the item I wanted checked out. No fix identified at this time by GM. They will keep informed if a fix is defined.

New Vette

Sales people were helpful and concerned about my many questions. Paperwork took longer than I thought was necessary. Checked on me today to be sure I was satisfied. Don’t know what more they could have done.

Not fixed yet

I brought my car in for check engine light. Patrick was very friendly and service was quick just not accurate. They put in four injectors at a cost of 1385.00 and two days later the same code came up. I am awaiting second service appointment

Traded vehicles

I took my SRX to be serviced and ended up trading up to a certified XT5. I love it! Big Matt and Bud were great to deal with. I felt like we were all on the same page and that they were upfront and truthful in our dealing. I would highly recommend them to anyone tho king of a dealership change for either service or a new vehicle. So happy I made the decision to drive to Columbia! A great overall experience.

Great experience with the Stan McNabb team

Jerry, Griz, Matt, Budd and the Chrises were awesome. Jerry showed me several cars before I settled on the Xt4, so I knew I was making the right choice for me. Everyone came and introduced themselves and made sure I felt at home. I’m really happy with the car and trust the Stan McNabb guys to take care of me in the future.

Platinum FIrst Class Chevrolet dealership in Country

This dealership is not high pressure and they are very eager to do what it takes to sell a vehicle to you. Well worth the drive away from the bigger Nashville dealers. The owner to the sale staff treated us with professional courteous and very knowledgeable of there GM products. Thank you Matt and Jerry and the McNabb team.
