Quick to get parts and fix my car. Had them installed in a couple of hours. Mike answered my questions which I was unable to get at another Ford service.

The purchase time was drug out to a ridiculously long time. We were lead to believe the the back up camera would be fixed and we would receive a 2nd key for the vehicle. We were informed the camera would require us to pay a few hundred dollars and the key was never made available. Financing is the biggest complaint. We were totally mislead regarding the interest rate on the financing. Years ago we had purchased a new car from Taylor Ford. We were so frustrated with the gimmicks that were applied to the financing that we purchased our next 4 new cars from another dealer. We thought we would try them again after many years for a used car, and once again felt like we were victims of a con-job. We will not make this mistake a 3rd time.

I had been wanting a new escape, I found the right one at a great price!! The guys were great & answered all my questions. So very pleased & happy with my new Escape!!!

Everything about the purchase went very well. Jim Crosswell and all his staff did a great job The financing department explained everything very well. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who’s looking for a new or used vehicle or is in need of service. . I’m very happy with my deal.

Mike the manager was exceptionally kind and knowledgable! Could not have had a better experience having my car serviced there. They fixed two leaks in less than a day. A service other dealerships told me would take days to complete.

Oil change and horn replacement while I waited. Had a donut and bottle of water. Ogled the 350 on the show room floor. Took about an hour.

Let me start out like this.... So basically I go here because it’s a convenient location, not because I want to do business there. This is my first bad review of this place, only because I don’t want to bad review it every time I go but that’s what would happen if I reviewed every time. This past experience I wanted and oil change and tire rotation. All I received was the oil change because the service staff decided my tires were to cupped to rotate. They didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted it done regardless of the noise he said I was going to hear if they did what I asked, they just did what they wanted. It would have taken him two minutes to explain the situation to me while I was in the waiting room, but that didn’t happen. Luckily for me I’m Mechanically inclined so I saved the money, went home and did the 20 min task myself. I have a few more experiences similar to this from this place but I’m not going to waste anymore of my time at or for Taylor Ford Of Manteno. I’m just gonna find a new shop.

They were courteous, they honored my appointment time, the work was done efficiently and completely. I was also impressed with the cost of the service, which was quite reasonable.
