Suckered me on repair. Told me 500 on antena. Wanted to save money so he checled if I could use my scratched cover. They said no I would pay 500ish for the whole thing which included labor. Got there and they.charged me a thousand dollars. Reduced it.to 750. I.realized they put the old scratched cover back on. I.called and told him what he.told me about they.couldnt separate pieces. He gave.me.a.crap story and reduced labor again by 100. Charged me more than what I.got. never ever will I.trust your dealership. Taking.advantage of people who buy 50000 vehicle from you. Tried to charge me 1000 for an antenna. No faith in you whatsoever. Think.I will tell.EVERYBODY i know

I have had at least 3 bad experiences with this service...
I have had at least 3 bad experiences with this service dept and don’t trust anything about Nissan of Lithia Springs. This is sad because I bought 2 cars (my 2018 & my daughters 2021 w/service contract). After my warranty ended (and you’re always asked “do you still have warranty” first. I feel there is no intent to give quality customer service or service unless for warranty accountability. My experience has been get one thing done proactively and 2 weeks later something that has NEVER been an issue is in need of repairs. Incorrect information is listed on checkout docs and when questioned there is no way (per Kayla) to make formal corrections on paper or in the system. So my service record remains incorrect and the next servicing will be based on what’s last notated. I’m not a fan and will not be doing business here anymore. Also my rating was 1-bullet not 2.

I received a call from someone (of undetermined authority) earlier this week “whaling to make things right”. Afterwards there is a call to schedule service. I’m really not sure what I am to except at this point, what my level of responsibility is in “making things right” in this serve appointment, or how I feel about the current events after 4/5 surveys answered.
