Customer service is why people return. With the current leadership, being reachable, involved and accountable was lacking. I saw them on-site and tried to get something resolved, but had to come back. Still was never able to get a response back, so I had to speak with the service supervisor and him the GM. I think it could have been resolved sooner. Still not, but atleast i know someone is looking into it. Leaders should be more responsive and follow up with the team on questions or concerns of ALL customers. Maybe implement a tracking and monitoring system. Surveys are not always capturing everything. I felt like a number not a returning customer. The sale person was good, but he could only do so much. At least a phone call to say I'm working on it.

Nissan of Lithia Springs has been servicing my vehicles since 2008. I think they have the best customer service now that they have ever had. I am so pleased with the service they provide to me and to my vehicle. They always make me want to come back.

The staff here were all very friendly and thorough on servicing my car. While the wait time to have my car serviced was longer than expected, I appreciate the attention to detail and recommended maintenance services that were explained to me.

Kim Thornton was the associate who helped with my service. She was very friendly and notified me on the small issues found, before doing the fix while my car was being seviced. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I enjoyed my interaction with her. As for the overall service, the biggest issue is the time it takes to perform the routine maintenance and the price for the labor. I've never had any issue other than the wait time . I know next time I bring my car in I will not be waiting onsite for it.
