Bought the carfax for the vehicle I was going to buy from this dealership and they’re a scam do the same! And you’ll know the truth

Ask for J. If you see a car they have and want it, go check out it out before you judge them based off of some bad reviews. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But looked at a car, and they provided great service. They were up front, honest, provided the car fax on spot, and also stated if we wanted to take the cars we were looking at to get inspected we could totally do that and even provided those shop names and the costs. We almost didn't go just because of the bad reviews but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.

Honestly go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Terrible business. I was interested in a car and everyone at the dealership is so rude, the cars are all filthy and rebuilt titles, and overall just an atrocious “business”.

I was looking to buy a car from them but they said they couldn’t be bothered to drive the car a 1/4 mile to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Would’ve taken less time than going for a test drive with me … if they can’t be bothered you shouldn’t bother giving them your business.

Found a car we were interested over the Internet. Dealer would not respond to email - why provide an email link then? No negotiation on price. At least they just flat out stated they wouldn't budge. Told them we wanted to buy the car, but were going to get a pre-purchase inspection. When the inspectors contacted the dealer, they said the car was "pending sale," but it wasn't us! Maybe they were worried about what the inspectors might find? They sold the car out from under us. They didn't care that we were planning to buy it, they cared only about selling it as fast as possible. On our blacklist now.

The staff is very friendly and the vehicles are priced fairly below other dealers. No dealer fees was a nice touch too. They also don't work on commission so there isn't pressure to purchase.

I was interested in a Volvo S60. Sent several emails to this dealer and requested information and pictures and received no courteous response what so ever. They don't seem to be interested in serving you at all.

Several days ago, I sent two emails to this dealership requesting information on a 2004 Cadillac XLR listed on the Internet. I received no response. I finally called, and the person who answered indicated that he doesn't answer emails. The CARFAX report on the XLR showed previous front end damage, which presumably was repaired. I asked if this was a salvage vehicle with a salvage title. The answer was NO. I then requested an email with a photo of the "clean" title and was told that it would be forthcoming in an hour. I'M STILL WAITING!

We bough a Volkswagen CC and it is amazing. The owner was very honest to what car fits our family. We got with a great deal compared to other dealers! And he also made sure about the delivery to be on time! Would definitely recommend it!

Bought a 2015 Audi Q5, it was not in the best shape. I bought it for the listed price and spent few more dollars to fix the cosmetic issues. With everything it was still the best deal. Do your homework before you go there. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a used luxury car/SUV.
