I purchased a 2006 Ford F350 there first trip out it

I purchased a 2006 Ford F350 there first trip out it lifted a cylinder head. They wouldn’t do nothing about it. They told me it was bulletproof which it was not biggest piece of junk I ever purchased in my life and the state of Maryland would not do nothing about it Cost me $15,000 for a new motor and I gave $20,000 for the truck stay away. These people should be in jail. They are con artist.

Worse mistake I've ever made!!

This dealership sold me a Vehicle with the wrong PCM within it it belonged to another Vehicle VIN number didn't match. Cost me $1800.00 dollars to pass emission testing. Transmission fluid leaks, very bad experience. I even reached out to them for help they gave me the run arounds; I Told it over to JESUS!!!!

CHANGED AD PRICE WHEN WORKING A DEAL UP AND LIED

I messaged this dealer on Facebook over the same car they had posted on here. During the conversation he asked if I would be paying cash or financing, and I said cash, literally within seconds I noticed that the posting had changed. He’d bumped the price up over $1000. When asked, he lied and said that was always the price. So I pointed out that I had time stamped screenshots of both ads and that’s when he changed his story and said it was a promotion from weeks ago, and that it had been changed for a while now. I called him out and said I literally just took these pictures and showed my son and you change the price on me. VERY SHADDY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very easy sale! Ali was awesome!

Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived. Very positive experience.

Definitely recommend!

I was a little nervous from the previous reviews but I was in the market for a Jeep and found the perfect one at this dealership. The overall process was easy, the salesman working with me wasn’t to pushy and answered any questions I had. I’ve had the Jeep over a month now and it’s my best purchase yet!

Great Experience

I bought a Jeep from this dealership last weekend. I needed a new car fast and as soon as I got there I was greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. I knew what I wanted when I got there so his staff quickly helped me to get started. I test drove the car and was very happy with it. They helped me with the application and I was out of there with my new Jeep within an hour. I was very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend.

Go elsewhere

I am going to express similar sentiment to other reviewers of this business. Please do not purchase a vehicle here. I will give the shorthand version as the negatives are lengthy. Upon test driving a vehicle here, I noticed numerous issues with a vehicle I wanted to purchase. Ray, the salesman, stated he would fix the following prior to me purchasing. AC wasn’t working, gas cap cover wouldn’t open, check engine light on and tire pressure light on. When I arrived to purchase, the tire pressure light was still on, AC did not work, gas cap cover still damaged and check engine was off. Ray promised me “his guy” looked it over and it would pass any state inspection. 20 miles down the road the check engine came back on. Prior to leaving, Ray put in writing and signed a letter stating he would fix the air conditioner and he has not done so. Also 20 miles down the road I noticed an immense shaking in front end that was dangerous. When test driving, Ray asked me not to drive it far or fast due to brakes that were being replaced, therefore I wasn’t able to notice the shaking. Clearly anyone who drove this vehicle off the lot would have noticed this. When I arrived home, I promptly took the truck to the mechanic as the truck was rendered unsafe. He diagnosed countless safety issues, amongst other minor things that i chalked up as negligence on my part for missing. I kindly asked for the 1/3 of the repair costs to be covered. This included things that were not fixed when I test drove it and was told they were going to be fixed, as well as safety issues that made sense to be covered (AC, O2 sensor, CV axels, struts, etc). They did offer to give me a minuscule amount of money. I provided them with the bill from the mechanic that laid out what was replaced as well as part numbers and costs. I don’t want to rip anyone off, I want them to do the right thing. Ray has since ceased communication. They are quick to sell you something and even quicker to wash their hands of a bad situation. I understand used vehicles are a gamble, I do not have buyers remorse at all. I want a company to do the right thing. If you have a family, please do not purchase a vehicle here. Safety is not paramount to them. Character and business moral is of extreme question here. I have a diagnostic sheet/copy of the bill and text conversations to prove the negligence of this company. Steer clear of Ray and Carma Auto. They ripped me and my family off, at the expense of our safety.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! They are scam artist and if they know you live out of state they don’t have the car inspected due to Maryland law stating that inspection is not needed because it will be registered outside of Maryland. My husband drove 2 hours with my Son in the car to get this car home putting both of their lives in danger. The car could not pass inspection in any state due all of the things wrong with the car and Ray failed to mention any issues with this car. They have no ethics and couldn’t care less if you made it home alive in the vehicles they’re selling. They only cared to get the car off their lot. The car needs $7k in work and the car is only worth $10k. These ppl need to be shut down!!!! I’m 99% sure most of the positive reviews on here is them making fake accounts. Check the better business bureau to see how many complaints they have if you don’t believe me.
