Spent alot of time with me trying to find the vehicle i am interested in.

Ray sold us a car and didn’t provide us with inspection documents. Immediately after purchasing, we noticed several issues so we got the vehicle inspected again and were told it never should have passed as it had several very obvious issues that needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I got in contact with the state police who were unable to locate the inspection at all using any of the information given to me upon request by Ray. When confronted about these problems and being told we got the Maryland State Police involved, we were told “we didn’t do anything bad, and we don’t want to talk to you.” The state police conducted an investigation and determined either the inspector was paid by the dealership to pass the car fraudulently, or it was never even inspected at all, in order to be sold. The state police got the inspector to fix the problems for free and the MVA is still investigating this dealership. The trooper told us to avoid ALL used car dealerships in PG county unless it is Carmax. As several other reviews have stated, Ray is a manipulative scammer and a criminal. Their good reviews are fake and they just want your money. Stay far away.

I purchased a 2006 Ford F350 there first trip out it lifted a cylinder head. They wouldn’t do nothing about it. They told me it was bulletproof which it was not biggest piece of junk I ever purchased in my life and the state of Maryland would not do nothing about it Cost me $15,000 for a new motor and I gave $20,000 for the truck stay away. These people should be in jail. They are con artist.

This dealership sold me a Vehicle with the wrong PCM within it it belonged to another Vehicle VIN number didn't match. Cost me $1800.00 dollars to pass emission testing. Transmission fluid leaks, very bad experience. I even reached out to them for help they gave me the run arounds; I Told it over to JESUS!!!!

I messaged this dealer on Facebook over the same car they had posted on here. During the conversation he asked if I would be paying cash or financing, and I said cash, literally within seconds I noticed that the posting had changed. He’d bumped the price up over $1000. When asked, he lied and said that was always the price. So I pointed out that I had time stamped screenshots of both ads and that’s when he changed his story and said it was a promotion from weeks ago, and that it had been changed for a while now. I called him out and said I literally just took these pictures and showed my son and you change the price on me. VERY SHADDY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived. Very positive experience.

Purchased a 5.9 Diesel Cummins from Carma. They have a big selection of diesel trucks that are rust-free and low miles. I will be returning to them as I grow my hauling business.

I was a little nervous from the previous reviews but I was in the market for a Jeep and found the perfect one at this dealership. The overall process was easy, the salesman working with me wasn’t to pushy and answered any questions I had. I’ve had the Jeep over a month now and it’s my best purchase yet!

I bought a Jeep from this dealership last weekend. I needed a new car fast and as soon as I got there I was greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. I knew what I wanted when I got there so his staff quickly helped me to get started. I test drove the car and was very happy with it. They helped me with the application and I was out of there with my new Jeep within an hour. I was very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend.
