Hertrich Hyundai , Customer Service not Good

I purchased a Used car on 11/9/2022, I traded my old car and this Dealership was to pay off my balance from my old car loan. It's been a month, I'm getting emails from my old Loan Co., Capitol One looking for my car payment for Dec'2022. I called Hertrich yesterday, was passed around on HOLD for over 10mins, telling me everyone is busy Peggy/Sales and Finance?? This is how you treat your Customers? Four weeks and they have not PAID off my car loan? No One has called me, their customer service is the worst after this experience! I would not recommend this Dealership .......I'm still waiting a response from Hertrich Hyundai ! I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 12/14/2022 I finally got though to Brian in Finance about your Dealership not paying off my the balance of my Trade-In with Capitol One! After being left on hold for 10-15mins he came back and told me the Check was FedEx'd on Wed. I never received a call back from Sales(Peggy), or anyone else! The professionalism and customer service there is not good at all. I also told Brian I was going to speak with the General Mgr and file a Complaint. So today Thursday 12/15/2022 I have not gotten a call from anyone apologizing for screwing up my credit being 30 days from when I purchased my car to pay my Loan off. I will continue to complain about the poor customer service from Sales and Finance.

Oeut Peou was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.

Oeut Peou was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process. She was extremely professional and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. I’d definitely buy another car from her again.

I purchased a vehicle on Thursday from here my representative name was Oeut “OOT” she was the best she was very educational and knowledgeable about the vehicle almost like she built it herself she was so nice and pleasant very well spoken she answered all my questions and more even after I left she has continued to be very helpful with helping me get my new vehicle set up my experience with her was great OOT was immaculate!!and gave top tier!! service Acura should be very proud to have a staff like her representing there company thanks again OOT your truly the best!!!

Lost confidence in their ability to repair my car.

I took my car in for service and they told me to take it to a locksmith without even looking at the car. The locksmith referred me back to the dealer and then they wanted me to put a deposit down on a part without even looking at the car and not even knowing if this was the part that was needed because they still didn't look at the car. They shouldn't be making their diagnosis from my description of the problem. They should have tried the key and they would have been able to decide what steps to take. I am taking it to another Hyandai dealership in the future.

An awesome experience. Everybody was helpful and the entire process was pleasant. Dont hesitate to see James for any Hyundai, Mitsubishi, or Genesis questions. A great place to do business

Buyer beware!

Very disappointed. I’ve been waited for two months for a promised refund of an unwanted add-on for etching. They claimed my car insurance company would give me a discount for the window etching, they won’t. AARP calls window etching a scam to avoid. Hertrick owes me $395. All I have gotten is empty promises of the check will be in the mail.

***RUN, DO NOT STOP, KEEP RUNNING*** Knowing that service is what sets one dealership apart from its competition, one would think that Nick Floria and his little Igor, Douglas Bova, would at least try to smile, treat customers cordially, speak respectfully and try not to be rude. But, NOOOOOO! I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I will never step foot inside again. These little men are unpolished, uneducated, unkempt and unwilling to be kind. If there were never another car make available, I would ride a bicycle everywhere. If there is a Hertrich family that is involved in this business, you should be ashamed and embarrassed to have these two Neanderthals representing you.

The Sales Manager Chris Anderson at this Acura dealership...

The Sales Manager Chris Anderson at this Acura dealership is toxic and a virus for this dealership. He has no consideration for customers, customer service, or his sales staff. He is very disrespectful and rude. He is a manager and a boss man only, definitely NOT a Leader. He could care less if a deal is made or not, despite how hard his sales people work for the deal. If at all possible Never deal with or work with this Sales Manger, Chris Anderson. This is not an isolated incident and is a trend heard from other Acura customers from this dealership.

Exceptional employees

Perfect buying experience. Great price and financing options. James and joe were wonderful. I will tell all my friends and family about this place. Great selection of new and presented cars and trucks.
