Great experience

Everyone I worked with at the dealership was very professional and helpful. I primarily worked with Frank Wolfe and he was extremely helpful in getting set me up with my lease on my new Escape. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service

Great Experience

We came to Bill Estes Ford looking for an F150 to pull our boat. We must have test driven about 50 trucks searching for the right combination of options that my my husband was looking for. Mike Parham spent 2 days with us looking at nearly every F150 on the lot. He was so patient with us going over all of the spec sheets for each vehicle and explaining all the differences for each option and running back and forth from the dealership to the lot getting the keys for all the trucks we wanted to drive. We finally chose the F150 Lariat and we LOVE it! Brandon Kidd really helped seal the deal during negotiations. He went to bat for us and it made the difference between buying and walking away. Thanks also to Dustin McAfee for showing us all the bells and whistles. We had a great experience at Bill Estes and will definitely buy there again next year when our son turns 16.

Thumbs Up

I came in with my husband on saturday and really didn't expect to get anything knowing my husbands stubbornness. He negotiated hard and James and a manager were able to find enough room to make my husband happy enough. We are really happy with our new truck are pleased with the experience. We would definitely buy from them again.

Looking for a great deal

We were kind of looking to trade our 2 year old car for a newer, better version of what we had. The salesman worked with us to find EXACTLY what we wanted - not what he wanted to sell us. After we picked out the car, we told what it would take to get us into the new car. Absolutely no high pressure whatsoever and we felt great about getting an awesome deal. The salesman, Joel Stucker spent a great deal of time finding out about us and what we would use the car for and made sure we were satisfied. The finance guy (who actually trained Joel) was knowledgeable and again, no high pressure to buy any add-ons that we didn't want. We were on our way with my wife's new car inside an hour and a half. We will certainly buy from them again and can certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!

Great Experience

Came in looking for a specific kind of car. Our salesman, Tony Lehn was terrific in helping us find the car we wanted. He went the extra mile and helped us to get everything we wanted. Our experience was great and will definitely be back the next time we look for a new car!
