I have a mixed review I am satisfied with my sales person and second experience with my finance guy, but the service department right now is not on my radar as being efficient. also there was a lot of stacked on add-ons to my finance contract that I was totally unaware of, including a service contract approximately $4,000 extended warranty another $4,000 tire and wheel replacement warranty $1,000 gap insurance $1,200 paint protection $900 windshield coding $900 and it goes on. now the paint protection is one that I am highly dissatisfied with I've had the car for approximately 8 months I've put $7 75 mi on the vehicle I've taken it back to have its third application of this paint coating, and each time it has not been done right and they're using some cheap spray on crap that does not work it does not last but the detail person applying it doesn't feel like he needs to open the trunk and clean the water spots and apply to the paint under the trunk and when I lift the hood where the engine sits the spots everywhere, I paid over $70,000 for this mustang and I would expect if I'm taking it in for them to detail it that they're going to not make the engine look like it's been through a rainstorm. plus they're going to apply the paint protection everywhere and apply it correctly. now I've gotten a refund or well I'm waiting on refund for some of these products and now I'm requesting one for the paint protection and the will windshield protection warranties and I'm being told that I can't receive a refund on that but after reading quite a few places and in my paperwork it absolutely can be refunded or prorated I feel like since I was deceived on this paint protection and told it was going to be hand applied and put on correctly that I should get a full refund for that. and by the way I applied for the first refund of the extended warranty on April 11th and the finance company has yet to see a check. now I don't know if that's another tactic to where they delay it as long as possible to try and squeeze out a few more dollars on the pro rate but I'm definitely calling forward and doing a CSI review. unless the dealership wants to refund 100% all these add-ons that I didn't even know I was signing for because they don't do it traditionally like they used to they don't show you the actual contract they just hand you an iPad and say well this is your persimmon trait and your payment sign here and you know this is for license plate the registration sign here and so on and so forth. I'm so glad that I had my phone in my pocket and videotape that I wasn't going to use it but I feel like now I may have to with Ford and possibly the Indiana attorney general because this is a practice that needs to be stopped too many people are getting conned but I do want to say good things about my salesman Brian and I don't have a problem with the finance manager except for you know he's obviously trained to get as many things added on to that contract as possible and he told me that he doesn't get a commission for these things but I found out that that's not true..

Zach Luellwitz was the best salesman we have ever worked with. Honest, upfront, personable, and was truly there to make sure we got what we wanted in a truck. The smoothest and easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Would recommend him and Bill Estes to others. We had planned on going to other dealers to test out their options but because of his service (and also the truck option they were selling) we decided to scrap all those plans and move forward with this truck, with this incredible salesman and great car dealership. Go see Zach!

Dylan was a very personable salesman who wasn't pushy and understood our needs. JR was amazing at helping us with our approval and getting our payment within budget. Was in and out in 2 1/2 hours.

Very nice sales people. I ended up deciding on what I wanted and they were able to find one and get it delivered within a couple days.

It has been two weeks since I brought my truck in to be fixed. I am still waiting for parts to come in that they said would only take five days to arrive. I have heard nothing from them since then.

Thank you for your feedback. Waiting longer than expected for parts is frustrating, especially when you were originally given a shorter timeframe. Equally important is communication and receiving proactive updates. We would like to review the status of your parts order and your repair timeline. Please contact us directly so we can look into this and provide you with a clear update. Best, Brad Lowery General Manager blowery@billestes.com 317-858-6950

The employees there a some of the most dishonest inhumane people I have came across. Bill Estes Ford purposely sold me a Lemon. The cars engine was bad. Had the car for three day and after the third day of bringing the car back they informed me they could not fix the engine and that it was a Lemon. The secretary up from is a complete scary, psycho, low life xxxxxxx. She was very scary looking. She came up to me and harassed me while I was talking on the phone. I tried to walk past her but she kept coming at me. I informed the General Manager Bradford Lowery of her behavior "who was not going to give me my money back and actually accused me of "doing something to the engine in the three days that I had the horrific vehicle". It took the police to get called before I received my money back. paid cash for the vehicle. They are some of the rudest, xxxx bags I have ever came across. So Bill Estes in Brownsburg will put a vehicle on their lot for sale and not test it out before they do so.?!? Seems like shady business practice. The car was up at the dealership they day after I bought it and the next two days. They will put these unsaleable, unreliable, unsafe vehicles on their lots to sale to us customers without checking the vehicles engine?!!!?? How dumb/incompetent do they think a person is when a check engine light comes on. Mr. Lowery I suggest you not put the vehicle for sale to us customers and cause us missed hours of work. Bradford Lowery needs to have a huge reality check. When I informed him of his secretary harassing me he smiled, and very eerily said "how do we know you did not do something to the engine in the three days you had the car." Completely ignored how I was harassed by the secretary and my complaint. Bradford had me stay at the dealership for two hours telling me he would have a check for me by the end of the day, After two hours I went up to him and asked "how much longer on my check" he replied "I don't know" while him and all the sales people were laughing. I had no choice but to call the Brownsburg Police Dept. Brownsburg Police Dept. showed up Bradford Lowery lied and changed his story and told them that he told me that he would "mail the check" not true at all he told me he would have it to me by the end of the day, I ask and pray that people stay far away from this business. I just wanted to buy a car, it was a horrific experience. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.

Tanya, we strongly disagree with the characterization of events outlined in your review. The vehicle you purchased was sold in good faith and had undergone our standard inspection process prior to being offered for sale, but it was a 2017 with over 130k miles on it. When you returned with concerns shortly after purchase, we evaluated the vehicle promptly and ultimately made the decision to unwind the transaction and refund your payment. At no time was the vehicle represented as a “lemon,” nor was there any admission of intentional wrongdoing. Once it was determined that the situation could not be resolved to your satisfaction, we processed your refund that same day. We strive to handle all customer interactions professionally and respectfully. While we understand emotions can run high in situations involving vehicle concerns, the claims of harassment and misconduct do not reflect the facts as we experienced them. Regards, Bill Estes Ford Management

Simple oil change and tire rotation gone wrong. Oil spilled all over the engine and manifold. Oil level not up to full mark on dipstick. Tires rotated but tire pressures wrong. I cancelled my plans to take the truck back after discovering problems. They were apologetic and took the truck in to correct problems. I waited over an hour and assumed all problems were corrected. Nothing was corrected! Still smells like burnt oil. Oil level still barely registers on the dip stick and the tire pressures were still not corrected. All this after giving them specific details on what was wrong. I simply can’t trust them with any of my vehicles any longer.

We were very impressed with Dustin McAfee! He had everything ready when we got there, he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles options and specs. He was very patient and fun to work with!
