New Rochelle Toyota

The hood of my Toyota Camry wouldn't close properly but Irvin "Will" Paneto took a look and an interest. He let me know what I needed to purchase a new lock at my local Toyota dealer and temporarily secured the hood of my car, enabling me to continue my road trip. Grateful for his kindness!

Terrible experience with Sales and Finance here. They are extremely dishonest. We made a deal on a car and put down a deposit while we worked out financing from our credit union. We informed them it would take 3 days and the person we met with implied that was fine. On the day we got our loan and everything finalized, transfer money from bank accounts and were 100% ready to buy the car. The sales person called and said our old deal was being thrown out because it "expired" and the new price of the car was thousands more than the old advertised price. We walked away and will NEVER go back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They wasted our time and caused us to take out a loan that we now don't even need. You deposit means NOTHING and they can still change the price even if you signed paperwork. They are scammers with zero integrity.

Travis Short made the entire car buying experience very pleasant! Travis was both professional and friendly. The entire process of negotiating and working out the purchase details was quick and straightforward. He worked with an excellent team - Mohammed Mulla and Darnell Duckett (finance). Travis was also able to find the 2 new vehicles in record time given this market. This would be the 5th Toyota my family has purchased from New Rochelle Toyota and again the salesperson made all the difference.
