Excellent service

I was treated as if I i had a BENTLY

Quickly looked up my information and went over the service I would be receiving under my Toyota care plan. He even discussed that my vehicle had a recall part and assured me to call in about a week and an appt would be set up to return. The service was quick and the waiting room was nice cool clean with social distancing protocol in place Mr Paneto reviewed my service upon completion of the service and reminded me to call to address the recall item of my car A truly pleasant experience/ Please extend my thanks to him

No reply at all

Bought a used car. Although they say no hidden fees, they'll rip you off of registration fees etc. Crappy filing with wrong address and no reply at all to any of the emails.

Toyota RAV4 2017

Overall great experience

Had a very good overall buying experience at New Rochelle Toyota dealership. They have really good competitive rates, no hidden fees and cars are in very good condition. I was looking for used certified compact cars. I did test drive with couple of cars and finally choose 2017 Corolla LE which I am very happy. I looked around for a bit and I can surely say it is one of the best deals you can get. I had very nice professional and enjoyable experience with Mr Ernesto who helped me with test drive, all the paperwork and getting car ready to go. After buying the car, I immediately got messages and emails about complimentary car service appointment and a link to an online account which is very easy to maintain for service histories. I am very impressed with honest, professional and direct dealings for car sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership !!!

Great customer service

Love the staff. Second vehicle I get from them and wi keep coming for more. Everything was done as promised. Will definitely recommend this store to any family and friends. Go to Bryan he is great.

Toyota 2018 4Runner Limited

Junior, Mario, Michelle and the "Jets" finance young man, were all SUPER nice and made our buying experience pleasant. From dealing with Michelle to actually driving from CT to NY and dealing with Mario and Junior AND the finance young man, our experience was smooth and the employees were super accommodating and easy to work with.

Best Experience!!

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had. My salesman Mario was a real human being, genuine and was straight to the point. No games!! I got a great deal all around and a great Certified Toyota. I would definitely recommend this place.

Never Again

I bought my 2016 4Runner used with about 11,000 miles on it a few years ago . This was the SECOND 4Runner I personally purchased from this dealership. Sales man ( I don’t recall the name) was super pushy , but I needed a truck since I totaled my original 4Runner. After the process was finally over and the paper work was signed I got to my truck . Had NO floor mats , only 1 key ( plus a valet ) and a small crack on the windshield , the salesman screwed the license plate into the front number with no plate bracket all of these items I mentioned to the salesman who stated “ that’s what this car comes with” all of these items I came out of My own pocket to replace . The facility itself was clean , but I would never return to the dealership again . I did purchase a brand new highlander for my wife about 6 months ago from another dealership that I had an AMAZING experience with and shall have the remainder of my business.
