From the minute you walk into this dealership you’ll be greeted like family. Ronnie,Leon, and John are really big hearted people not just dealers looking to sale you a car but to build a long lasting relationship. The service department will listen and make sure they get the job done. Trust me don’t go to any other dealership. They won’t stop working for you even after the deal has been completed. Dishonest Business

I hope that this helps people who are searching for a vehicle and to avoid the experience that I had. My salesman Gabe and I made a “hand-shake” on $46,000 + taxes, registration, ect for a Rav4 Prime that was in transit. The car arrived and was damaged. Gabe informed me promptly that the car was damaged and told me that he would honor our deal and even provide an additional $500 off the next vehicle. The next vehicle arrives 3 months later and Gabe tells me it has arrived. I came to the dealership to finalize the deal. After waiting all this time, I go to acquire the car and the manager Darnell tells me he won’t go lower than $47,300 and that Gabe “was not authorized” to offer me the original agreement. Even with his employee present and supporting the events that I described, the dealer refused to honor our agreement. The reality is that a difference of $1800 is not a “make or break.” However, I think its a disgrace that a hand-shake deal is not honored. I simply could not move forward with a business that is dishonorable. I am a surgeon. I go above and beyond for my patients, and sadly, I expected that when I needed service that this would be reciprocated. I waited all this time - during which I could have shopped around and explored other options. But I was faithful in coming back when the car was ready, only to have a bait and switch. I know its a difficult time to acquire a vehicle. Please take your business elsewhere. Hopefully you all can learn from my experience and avoid wasting your time.

Unprofessional Management & Service

At the beginning of the pandemic went here to purchase a car. Had to travel more than once to New Rochelle from Brooklyn although they had promise me that the car I chose was in their lot. The day came and after waiting 3 hrs I got to see my new car ( it took all this time because someone else was test driving the car I was promised). I really wanted this car so I was willing to wait, a few months later there was an issue with a small pipe and naturally I took it back to the dealership for help. Long story short I was dismissed with a lie, fake diagnostic reports and no solution for the issue. They kept my car in 2 different occasions and I got the same answer both times. In one of the incidents they told me that may be I was in flooded area but my car was dry and working. Their reports state that they check and didn't see anything wrong. I got tired of their games and decided to take my car to a different Toyota dealer were they actually work in finding the problem, gave me a respectful treatment and offer the most honest information about the problem. I think the people at this location just saw a $ sign on me and took advantage of my desperation and need of a new vehicle. Shame on them, specially in this hard time were we all should be helping one and other because at the end of the day you always need a helping hand.

Stanley is amazing! First time coming into Toyota New Rochelle center and he made me feel at home. I will never go anywhere else again. I did a trade in and I'm here to Publicly say Stanley went above and beyond to help me get my Suv Stanley is very responsive, thorough, and detail oriented. I am very happy with his service. Very happy with my new car, my leasing consultant Mr....

Very happy with my new car, my leasing consultant Mr. Gabe Acosta was very helpful, knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. I was surprised not to see a plaque of Employee of the year on his desk. Even when I went back and the contract was changed by Toyota with new prices, he was able to keep me calm and helped me understand the reason this happened. He should be praised by Toyota for his good work on keeping the business going. Kudos to him and to Toyota for hiring good employees that makes their business succeed!!
