Very disappointed in their so called Customer Service. I saw a vehicle on their website that I was VERY interested in and submitted my interest and asked for a phone call. They called and I spoke about my interested in the car, and explained that I lived 20 hours away, and was inquiring about the "free shipping" listed on the website, which they never explained. Also said I could not make it there until next week, and could they possibly hold it for me. She said she would find out and let me know, which she never did. Another person called me later, and asked about my current vehicle. He asked that I send a copy of my VIN and pictures, which I did immediately. Did not get a response, so I called the next day for an update and they informed me the vehicle that I was interested in SOLD yesterday. I let them know a text or a phone call would have been nice, since they knew my interest was very high. Not a great way to do business, and I would NEVER consider buying from this dealership.

We have been dealing with these crooks for over 3 weeks. Parts replaced on the car & now it is making a constant sound. It has been to the dealership 2/3 times for fixes in less than a 30 day period. Irfan says we can unravel the deal but Ola says he cannot refund my money EVEN THOUGH they cannot fix my car. Irfan says, “there is nothing left to fix”… problem is, my car didn’t start making a clunking sound until their mechanics fixed it. Customer service is trash. Good luck getting a call back about issues with your car until a week later. We are planning to take them to small claims court for unwinding the deal but not returning the down payment. Buyer beware & steer clear.

Buyers Beware: I bought a Chevy Cruze 2011 back in September 2023 for a total of $8000 including registration. The car has about 108000 miles on it. There were a few tell-tale signs that something could be wrong with its inability to accelerate and take on hills, but the car was running okay until the 4 month mark when I noticed an oil and coolant leak under the hood. I didn't contact the dealer, but I took it to a mechanic who diagnosed the car with a cracked cylinder head (cost of $2200), including first quoting replacements of all sorts of things on it (water pump,thermostat housing, and radiator hoses for $2800)… they honestly just recommended I sell the car it is in such poor shape. Don’t make the mistake I did by purchasing from this dealer because I am left a with a loan in a car that needs thousands in repairs. I got a couple of calls from the dealer roughly 2 months after purchasing to leave them a good review, but didn't answer at the time because it was too soon. To be clear, I didn't have the extended warranty that they offer and I didn't call the dealer once I started having issues since my 3 months warranty had already expired. Once I contacted them they were responsive and nice, but the only help they can technically offer is being sorry and saying may be able to find a cheaper fix to it. I extremely regret working with them. When I purchase a vehicle for this price, I would expect it can run at least 6 months without issues, but I wouldn’t trust this dealer to ensure any level of quality in the cars they sell. My first mistake was going there in the first place. Second was not purchasing the extended warranty nor bringing the car to them once it started to have issues (though there is no guarantee that would have helped either based on some of the other reviews on here).

G-Inspired is THE BEST auto mall within 100 mile radius! The quality of vehicles they have is incredible! He won’t sell a vehicle that isn’t salable. And CARFAX IS done on EVERY vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND G-Inspired!! I bought my van from G-Inspired about 2 years ago. I SINCERELY WAS MOVED at how Professional and considerate my whole experience was!! I won’t go anywhere else. Had a great experience with Mona. She was very patient and helpful. Getting approved for my loan wasn't very long and I was able to drive my car home in about 3 hours.
