Respect customer

Best in the Business

Brian Giles is absolutely the best in the business. He is extremely friendly and courteous, always manages to squeeze us in for service quickly, and always ensures that we are happy with the results. I can’t imagine taking my Honda anywhere else.

the Best

I’ve bought over 4 cars and now suv always go to mo his been at dealer over 12 yrs top salesman and consider a friend any question or concern he always responds and takes care of it. My family too buy their cars from him love the service and treatment

Great car buying experience

Janette went above and beyond expectation! She took her time and did not rush me. She didn’t sell me a car but helped me purchase one. I truly appreciate her professionalism and attitude.

Excellent services

Overall very friendly and excellent services, but I feel the price could have been knocked down considering I paid cash outright. The car is great though so overall I'm happy.

Service plus

My serviceman confirmed battery failure, replaced the battery, and then also went the extra mile and performed a permanent replacement to a recall patch and had a quick 6-point inspection done. All performed in reasonable time. Service at this Honda dealer is why I am a loyal Honda car buyer and why my car will continue to perform well (probably well beyond its lifetime).

Best Honda dealer in the DMV

Throughout the holiday season, I visited many dealerships in search of a CRV in the DMV area. = Pat was the most informative and helpful individual I came cross during my entire search. He not only did a great job explaining all of the details, but also worked with me to get the best deal. This is my first Honda, and I am thankful to have had such a great experience.

Overall positive experience.

It was a positive experience on the whole. The car itself seems to need adjustment with the electronic system because left side mirror does not go back to preset setting when coming out of reverse and some of the buttons do not work. I plan to bring the car in soon to get the matter fixed.

Great experience

Had a great experience purchasing a 2018 Civic from Tamim Akbari. We test drove the exact car I was interested in, he showed me all the nice new features (my previous car was 15 years old), and I never felt pressured to purchase that or any other car. The finance manager explained all of the optional purchases (extended warranty, etc.), but once again I never felt pressured to buy anything. They even worked something out when I realized that I had foolishly left the title to my trade in at home. (Over 3 hours away.) I am very happy with my purchase experience and will consider shopping here again when I am in need of a new car.
